Its depends on your colony land Name if your colony under govt. Land then it should be built up and if your property is under pvt. Land then vacant and built its does not matter.

Ye deficiency raise hui hai please tell me solution
1.Name and father's name not matching with GPA/ATS and I bonds. Also witness signature is missing on the current property papers and also on the chain papers.
2. Address of purchaser is mismatch in previous chain..lekin isme same hi likha hua hai fir bhi raise kardi hai
3. Name,area and floor details are mismatch with application form and schematic plan and GIS map.
Prepare the I Bond give the declaration that if any loss suffer DDA through this deed then I shall liable for it.
Whatever is missing ..you have to give undertaking. DDA officials shall do it.

Application got rejected. Reason given was Outside UC boundary.
Sir What does Outside UC boundary means?
The land you are trying to register is not considered an Unautorized Colony by the Govt. There is nothing you can do now.
I allready applied 2 years ago but now it's shows to me return to applicant, why ?? Do you have any idea about this please help
