Sometimes I feel so overwhelmed by lists like this - ONLY because - I don’t know how to put them all together. I would love a video of how to use them all - day/night, which order, etc. Thanks - great video!
Hi Rebecca. I'll link the video of my AM & PM routines here for you. I did it last month. I think the only thing not in it is the retinol eye cream & i use that at night after my serum & before my heavy moisturizer. I hope it will help. ua-cam.com/video/RLrjCevb1BM/v-deo.html
I've already watched once, but I am getting ready to watch it again so I can pick the ones that sound the best for me. I have never been disappointed in any product I purchased per your recommendation!
I have purchased so many of your suggestions and I must say I have never been disappointed!!!! Thank you for these great videos. You are my favorite mature girl channel.
Hi Melissa - a few more affordable faves are: Missha time revolution first treatment essence - similar to the secret key, but so much more easily available (super hydrating) Aqulabo kombucha toner - contains fermented ingredients as well as many antioxidants (deep hydration and soothing) Cosrx snail mucin essence - feels like a serum (super hydrating/soothing/plumping to the skin) LRP redermic eye cream - retinol for the eyes Benton fermentation eye cream - chok full of peptides, suitable for dry skin around the eyes and works well under makeup GOW azelaic acid - the only acid I can use on my hypersensitive/rosacea/eczema prone skin The Inkey list niacinamide serum - much more hydrating than any of the serums with zinc and has a really good ingredient list Laneige cream skin refiner - moisture in a lightweight layer (or multiple layers if super dry) LRP toleraine cleanser - really mild/gentle cleansing milk for very sensitive skin (morning or 2nd cleanse) Puito unscented centella spf50 pa++++ - my fave sunscreen (unscented, no alcohol) These are items I have repurchased and most are staples in my routine (apart from when they're out of stock). The sukoyaka suhada is very difficult to get in the UK for some reason, but I do like it. I also like the Benton for dry eyes. I love Korean beauty - great ingredients and elegant textures without breaking the bank. I do use tretinoin, but I can't tolerate L ascorbic acid. Vitamin c isn't the only way to get anti oxidants though and I try different serums in the morning with anti oxidants and peptides. I just ordered the Aqulabo calming lotus serum and was using the Sioris calming day serum. I love ingredients like green tea and licorice for their skin benefits. Best wishes.
Loraine Mcgillivray Hello, do you like the Missha time revolution better than secret key? I have heard rave reviews on SK11 but wow that’s way too much for my pocket 😄 I understand it’s nice to have a few but even the less expensive brands it adds up. Thanks
@@constancemorris4266 I haven't tried the secret key one tbh, but the Missha is really good. I think they're fairly similar so you would probably like either or both. Check the ingredient lists before deciding perhaps. Secret key is a bit cheaper if you can get it easily, but the Missha is more accessible. Shop around and get whichever fits into your finances. Hope that helps.
@@constancemorris4266 just thought I'd give you a little info since I've tried both. The Missha & Secret Key basically are the same but the Missha has a bit of a fragrance. Nothing overwhelming as I remember it. So whichever you can find & you think might be better for you.
Not drug store, but, I LOVE the Maysama Green Roobios Pressed Serum. OMG! Such a game changer for making my skin the best it can be. I noticed a difference almost immediately.
Great video! A lot of expensive stuff uses the same ingredients in the top ingredients and those do the heavy lifting. The fancy stuff is in such small quantities that it makes very little difference. Plus they usually put fragrance in the expensive stuff. CeraVe, Neutrogena, The Ordinary, Bioderma, Vichy and La Roche Posay are my go to brands from the drugstore or mail order. Not everything from those brands but a lot of good unscented products with real results. I have to get into some of these especially that Secret Key dupe of the SKII. Olay has something that I became allergic to, but before that, they were my favourite brand of skin care at the drugstore.
I have fairly sensitive skin too & have to be careful with fragrance. You listed a lot of great brands. You're right about the reasons for the prices. It's crazy! Have a great rest of your week! ❌⭕❌⭕🌹
Hi Melissa. A note on Argireline, the molecular weight is too large to penetrate the skin but it can do a good job of holding moisture in. Matrixyl 3000 on the other hand does have a molecular weight that can penetrate the skin. Cheers!
I bought the pixi retinol eye cream. Just started using it so far I like it. I have used their glow tonic i like it but the ordinary does give you more for your money.
Thank you for another informative video! I don’t know what you have been doing but your skin looks great. Thanks for making my shopping list a bit longer!

So thank you for covering my life lol. Also, Ponds cleansing balm is also a dupe for the Clinique take the day off. I saw it on another dupe video, it’s very inexpensive for over 3 ounces.

I'm loving The Ordinary's glycolic acid toner. I'm going to try the Good Molecules niacinamide toner when I use up some other products since it combines them together; I'm all for using fewer steps! Thanks for always recommending such good stuff and keeping our budgets in mind😊

I enjoy seeing your sweet, happy face! You’re always so positive. It makes me happy. 🥰I’ve had the Secret Key Starting Treatment Essence & the Cos De Baha Peptide Essence Toner on my wish list for a little while. After my no buy July is over, who am I kidding, I’m ordering the Secret Key Essence. You are very appreciated. Love you!
You are always so great to watch! So detailed all the time I love it. Thank you. So the essence that you’re talking about you listed five different links one link is $22 one link is 899 how do I know why is it two different complete prices do you know?
Hi Mishy, well when I looked at the product it said that the one I showed in the video only had 13 left! So I thought I would share all of those links for everyone to be able to get it if they wanted. The $22 one is the size I was holding. The $8.99 if a much smaller one, but all 4 are the same product, a couple of them have Rose Water in them with the same Galactomyces in them, but there are people that are very sensitive to fragrance. I listed as many as I could.
Hi sweet Mellissa! I have been using the Andalou Naturals probiotic cleansing milk and I really think it is doing something great for my skin! I hope you have a great week! -xoxo
Hello my beautiful friend! Firstly, I must tell you that I’m so very happy that your son’s surgery was a success. He will feel so much better! I bet mama is relieved! On to face care, I am thrilled with the products I’m using on your recommendation. The Cos de Baha essence has my hands looking so much younger along with the Hyaluronic acid essence you recommended. For the Inkey list one, do you spray water first? I always do with the hyaluronic acid. I’ve also been loving the Vitamin C product in your store. Mine came in a cream formula. Is that ok? I’m used to applying Vitamin C first as a liquid, but I apply after the serum and liquid products. I’m finishing my Ordinary glycolic toner and one of my subscription boxes sent a Saturday Skin 10% toner so I’m hoping that’s a good one! The Secret Key Essence is my next purchase thanks to you. I know this note is a long one. Sorry! I love you bunches. Stay safe and well! 😘😘😘
Hi Jan. Yes I absolutely spray my face before any of those acids that cling to water. Helps so much, you definitely right! And I think you'll love the Secret Key, makes my skin feel so soft! I'm glad you're liking the Cos de baha! Such a wonderful peptide serum! Hope yoh are your family are doing well. Love you lots sweet lady!
Melissa have you thought about diluting your tretinoin in some lotion and using on your orbital bone and under your eye? I do this and I use 0.1% on crows feet.
I get some pretty bad irritation from that. And my eyes get dry for days, so I have to be a little more careful. I sure wish I could use it like that Renée!
I don't have dry skin so for now I have dodge a bullet. I looked into the eye cream last night an put it on my wish list. This morning I woke up thinking I have the ingredients that are in the eye cream. This is what I came up with; Aloe, glycerin, jojba oil, premium hyaluronic acid, gold bond neck and chest one squirt, gold bond ultimate softening foot cream 2" squirt, dearskin tranex serum. The gb foot cream second ingredient is urea.
Great list of affordable skin care list. I have tried a few upon ur recommendation luv the urea eye cream . So botox in Canada is pretty expensive and my 11's seem to be worsening (I do use retin a) . Melissa have u ever tried smoothies/ or wispies I think that is what they are called from amazon. ( it is the triangular tape that u put on ur 11s at night) if u have what is ur opinion about these products. As I'm considering ordering them.ty
Hi Missy, I haven't used them, but I did recently get some in PR and am going to start trying them. If they work well I will make sure I let you know. xoxo
@@DebbieK1107 here's a video with my moisturizers in it. I will warn you though that they aren't the usual moisturizer types My daytime one is an essence & my night time one is a balm. Super moisturizing almost to the point of sticky with that balm.
I really like these types of.videos because I am turning 50 this year and even though I am not havingy any issues with my skin yet, I want to.keep it that way.as long.as I can. Although you usually have so many things and some is for the same thing such.as cleanser that don't know what.to try.
Hi Rachel. A lot of them I get from Amazon, some from Sephora & Ulta. They're all listed & linked in the description box for you if you're interested. 💜💜💜
I still use it every morning. I've just talked about it so much I wanted to mention a few others. That's my holy grail that I'll never be without. I did include the eye cream in this video though Gabby

Hello Melissa. Always a pleasure to watch your videos. I bought the inkey list glousidmide, I know I spelled that wrong. This is so good it helped my crazy around the mouth and chin area dryness! Also on my second bottle of urea lotion from Japan. I'm not even gonna try to spell that one and you pronounce it like nothing!😄 I put that in bottle with half wetter and fine mist that on my face to help remove make up or use glycinimide.( you know what I mean😉) thanks again and hope to see you soon!
Just what I've been waiting for - cleansers. I can use half a packet of cotton wool before all my makeup is removed lol! Wonderful to know that everything u recommend is beneficial not exorbitant and tried and tested. Do u take collagen pills! Been taking for a while and definitely notice a difference in skin tone. Thank you for another wonderful video - much appreciated. Leanne
Hi Leanne! Oh I'm so happy you told me your name!!!!😉 And yes I do take a collagen supplement most days. I love them. I use a microfiber cloth to remove my makeup & then rinse it & use it again for the second cleanse. I'm telling you ut saves me so much aggravation because it helps take that makeup off in a jiff! I get mine from Amazon!
I'm not sure Alicia. To my knowledge you can't purchase this one in the US. But it might be. I think ingredients would have to be compared. Thank you for watching! 🌹🌹🌹
So would you use the glycolic acid toner, niacinamide toner and Peptide complex one on top of each other? Or would you alternate days using only one product?
Hi Becky, I use the Niacinamide toner morning & night. The glycolic acid toner every other morning, and the peptide complex I use at night with the Secret Key Galactomyces. Right now I am using my Retin A only twice a week, and on the nights that I use it, I only use my vitamin C serum or toner with it. I hope that makes sense. Let me know if you have any other questions. xo
Thank you for doing this video... I agree with you about using thinner serums and toners on aging skin! I have oily/ combo skin and cannot use heavy products on my skin, yet under the eyes are kinda' dry and I need something thicker more hydrating. Crazy skin! I have experimented with the Good Molecules line and finally realized I can use the brightening toner. Before I was just using too many products and practically everything was bothering my skin. Now I know better and use them much more sparingly! I've recently been trying a new serum, new to me anyway, called Skin Clearing Serum vitamin C+ made by Eva Naturals. It has a lot of good stuff for oily skin, like salicylic acid, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, retinol, MSM, and lots of natural oils. It smells strong from the Tea Tree oil in it, but is helping keep my oils down! It is a bit strong so I have to use a moisturizer after or it'll dry out certain areas of my skin. I'm loving it for this summer heat that makes my T- zone so oily!
Hi Tammy. Scroll down to where I listed '*Products Mentioned:" And it's called Secret Key. I listed a few different options & sizes. They also have one with rose & it's supposed to be super hydrating! I hope that helps.
Excellent recommendations ma’am! 😊 I’m getting really great results from using most of these per your recommendations! 👍🏻 I’m going to go ahead and get the Good Molecules Cleansing Balm, Niacinamide Brightening Toner and the Vitamin C Booster Powder, have you tried it yet? I’m excited 😊 Thank you for sharing! 🤗❤️
Hi Kathy. I haven't tried the vitamin C powder. I did try one from The Ordinary & my skin was a bit too sensitive for it. But You'll have to let me know what you think of it. 💐💐💐
Hi Melissa! I always love your videos. I wanted to ask if you have a great recommendation for a good eye makeup remover that can remove layers of eyeshadow and mascara and eyeliner easily? I am struggling trying to find a good one. I can't wait to try all of the products that you mentioned in this video. Hope that you're having a great day!
I love the Good Molecules Makeup Cleansing Balm I talked about in this video. It removes my makeup so easily! I also like one from Hada Labo thats an oil. They both have to be followed by your regular cleanser though because the are oil based. I'll leave the link to the oil here, the balm should be linked in this video for you! I hope that helps some. Have a great week!💛❤💛❤💛❤💛 amzn.to/2ZPhapc
I can second the Good Molecules balm. I wear HEAVY layers of waterproof mascara and it takes them off like NO OTHER! Buy it! I am certain you will love it!

Hi there. If you are using prescription Retin A or Retinol either one yes you can use them together. If I use it that way, I personally wait until my face is almost dry from the Secret Key before I go in with retinol. But that's just because I have a bit more sensitive skin. I hope that helps.
MrsMelissaM Beauty yes thank you so much . I also purchased the Cos D essence after watching your video... I guess that’s ok too to use with these products . Your just a lovely person and I thank you so much!
Hi Mrs m, I tried ordering via the website you suggested. They are in India. ..they do not take credit card or PayPal they asks for payment to be made with checking account...is this safe? I am very weary about this...who doesn't take credit card? Do you have any doubt of the authenticity of their retina a?
I have ordered from them several times & not had any problems. Usually a third party or your bank will contact you to verify that you made the purchase, I like that because it has to go through a verification process.
@@MrsMelissaM thank you....I went ahead and placed the order...hopefully all will be ok. I imagine it will take some time to get to me. Thanks for the introduction.

I use Cos de Baha niacinamide toner and have seen an amazing difference. I use the urea eye cream after hearing you talk about it and I agree!
I'm so glad you are enjoying them Ruth. Both wonderful products! xoxo
Could you do a review on the new Colourpop pretty fresh hydrating foundation? I'm seeing lots of reviews but not for mature skin.
I just picked it up on Saturday. I'll be testing it & let you know soon.
I'm loving The Ordinary's glycolic acid toner. I'm going to try the Good Molecules niacinamide toner when I use up some other products since it combines them together; I'm all for using fewer steps! Thanks for always recommending such good stuff and keeping our budgets in mind😊
I think you will really like the niacinamide toner Dianne! It's such a great product & I saw changes within the first 3 weeks or so! Have a great rest of your week! ❌⭕💛
Thanks again for sharing 🤩😎. Every time you style your hair this way- it makes you look sooo young😎😍! You look marvelous 😘😘😘.
Oh thank you Carol! xoxo
I use the No7 nourishing cleansing balm. It works just as good as the others and you get 4.2 oz of product for under $10.
Thanks so much for sharing that product with me Denise! I'll look at it for sure!🤗
@@MrsMelissaM you're very welcome, its the least i can do lol. I've found it Walgreen's and Ulta. Thanks so much for all the great info you share and work so hard to get for us! It really is so much appreciated. ❤
Love you!
Hi Linda, you stick by that "no buy" girl, think how proud you'll be of yourself! You got this!
MrsMelissaM Beauty thanks for the vote of confidence BUT I don’t wanna got this 😉
Lol...😆😉💸
Your videos just brighten my day!
Oh that's so sweet of you to say Lena! Hugs❌⭕❌⭕
Hi sweet Mellissa! I have been using the Andalou Naturals probiotic cleansing milk and I really think it is doing something great for my skin! I hope you have a great week! -xoxo
Thx so much Teresa. I'll chevk into it for sure!💜❤💜
Can you do a hair tutorial for your hair in this video? You look beautiful.
Lol...I was just thinking how ratty it looked! 😉😁
Thank you! That helps a lot! Enjoy the weekend! 😘❤️
Melissa have you thought about diluting your tretinoin in some lotion and using on your orbital bone and under your eye? I do this and I use 0.1% on crows feet.
Well you answered that question.
This is what I came up with;
Aloe, glycerin, jojba oil, premium hyaluronic acid, gold bond neck and chest one squirt, gold bond ultimate softening foot cream 2" squirt, dearskin tranex serum.
The gb foot cream second ingredient is urea.
You showed a lot of good products here!
I'm glad you liked the video Kim. Have a great week! ⚘⚘⚘
Another great video! I’ve really been loving the polyglutomic acid from the Inky List. It’s a great moisturizing step.
I'm so glad that you're already enjoying it Karen!
If they work well I will make sure I let you know. xoxo
I loved this video and I will be checking out some of these products. Do you have a schedule of the sequence of using these products?
I do Debbie. Here's a video I did not to long ago to help explain that. I hope it helps!

Also one other question, what moisturizers do you use (otc)?
@@DebbieK1107 here's a video with my moisturizers in it. I will warn you though that they aren't the usual moisturizer types
My daytime one is an essence & my night time one is a balm.
Hi Julie. I would just pick one or 2 products that you feel like would fit your skin's needs & give it a try.
Thank you so much Mrs. M 🙏💝👍😘💞🙏💙💚💖👏💗

Melissa, I tried to order that Olay eye cream from your link in the UK but it said it won’t ship to my address here in the US?
Oh that's weird! I know they won't ship to PO boxes but that's still odd.
Usually I've heard of the products you show but never heard of anything your talking about. Let alone the price and where to get them.
Hi Rachel. A lot of them I get from Amazon, some from Sephora & Ulta. They're all listed & linked in the description box for you if you're interested. 💜💜💜
Melissa, What happened to your Sukoyaka Suhada essence from a few weeks ago?

That should say water😜
I'm so glad you liked the essence, it's wonderful! I'll take a peek at the Inkey product. I'm always on the hunt!!!😘
@@MrsMelissaM that was the polyguramine you mentioned. I probably spelled it incorrectly again😄
Just what I've been waiting for - cleansers.
I can use half a packet
of cotton wool before all my makeup is removed lol!
Wonderful to know that everything u recommend is beneficial not exorbitant and tried and tested.
Do u take collagen pills!
Been taking for a while and definitely notice a difference in skin tone.
Thank you for another wonderful video - much appreciated.
Leanne
Hi Leanne! Oh I'm so happy you told me your name!!!!😉
And yes I do take a collagen supplement most days. I love them. I use a microfiber cloth to remove my makeup & then rinse it & use it again for the second cleanse. I'm telling you ut saves me so much aggravation because it helps take that makeup off in a jiff! I get mine from Amazon!
@@MrsMelissaM thank you thank you
Hi, Melissa! I found a tube of the Olay eye cream. It looks similar to the one you're holding except the lid isn't gold.. the same or no?
I'm not sure Alicia. To my knowledge you can't purchase this one in the US. But it might be. I think ingredients would have to be compared. Thank you for watching! 🌹🌹🌹
did you try niacimide from The Ordinary? is it good?
Hi Judith. Yes I have tried it & I really prefer the Good Molecules.
It sounds like a wonderful product Ingrid. Don't you love it when you find a product that works perfect for your skin? Big hugs girlfriend.
Sorry I must have missed it. I can't find the link to the product that is a dupe for the SKI II. Can you please help a girl out?😁😁😁
Hi Tammy. Scroll down to where I listed '*Products Mentioned:" And it's called Secret Key. I listed a few different options & sizes. They also have one with rose & it's supposed to be super hydrating! I hope that helps.
I ordered 4 of them thanks .
I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!!!
Inkeylist has retinol eyecream
I'm testing that one out right now Deb.
Have a great week!💛❤💛❤💛❤💛

Hi Stephanie, I'm trying 2 more of their products right now. I'll let you know what I think. Luv ya girl! xo
You look so beautiful!!
Do you use retinol after using Secret key essence ?
Yes you can definitely use them together too.
Does anyone know where to purchase the Secret Key essence she spoke of?
Hi Jackie. I always leave links in the video for you. Here it is in case I missed something. Hope you have a great Tuesday!

Fabulous video!
Thank you so much!🌹🌹🌹
Hi Mrs m, I tried ordering via the website you suggested.

Oh my goodness Angelina! That is just CRAZY!!! I don't know how they can charge so much?
Girrrlllll, you’re looking fine!! And beautiful!! Ok my sweet, I have a testimony because months ago, I ordered the Cos de Baha peptide essence along with the Hada Labo Hyaluronic Acid essence. Oh my gosh, my hands look so much younger because hands really can show age! I apply to my hands right along with my face and soon I’ll be looking 12! 😂. Question please: are you replacing your hyaluronic acid with the one from Inkey list? Also, I didn’t see Vitamin C. I just ordered the Hado Labo Vitamin C through your Amazon store. Oh I also use the Sukohada eye cream and it’s amazing! See how I listen to you? Ok girlfriend, loved this video. I take notes! 😘😘😘
