- Got a good one for you guys, fully restored 1970 Split Bumper Camaro Z28! Will(owner) said it took two years to get it to this point! Perfect grey/silver paint job, black and chrome 20" HRE wheels, Wilwood brakes all around, full suspension setup, new LS3 motor swap, full custom interior and trunk. All chrome parts look brand new, even the door sills look spotless! This car is fresh out the shop and is a true representation of a Atlanta Whip, clean, old school with power and slick looks! Salute to the owner on this one!

Clean - but not $100K clean. The engine bay alone needs a lot of work. Very nice project but it's not done fellas. From one brother to another, no hate - just honest criticism.
For 100k I'd be taking it back to who ever did it and have them fix all the gaps on the body.
No kidding, looks like the door hinges are sagging and shot, the first thing you do on a 2nd gen with 100lb doors is rebuild the hinges. For a 100g, all details matter.

I hope you didnt really spend 100k on this car or that you wont miss the cash... Because the car is worth maybe 40k-50k. When you start customizing like that and start taking it away from it's original look and drivetrain, it's not always profitable. BUT, if you're keeping it, enjoy the shit out of it and fix that pulley or belt.

Thats a 1belt(serpentine)motor, it should self tighten/adjust
Belt tensioner could be weak or they dont have the alternator tight enough preventing the tensioner from tightening fully..
Its the belt...... all ls motors are picky.... i have owned a few. Always GM oem with belts. Its the amount of grooves in the rubber material.

That's a(split bumper) z28/RS 70'1/2 see the split in the bumper in front and the extra lip on the center of the grill with the front spoiler. Chevy went on strike in 1970 and didn't go back to the assembly line till mid 1970! Just an fyi if he would of kept original it would be worth ALOT

You know what man, I'm not a fan of LS engines going into old stuff, whether it's a Camaro, Nova, Chevelle or even into Firebirds or Trans Ams, but I must add that the workmanship speaks for it's self, killer job man, that engine looks like factory, it looks unreal, GREAT job, one killer, killer Camaro, WOW!!

back needs to be lifted up some. brakes in front are a lil small. esp with 20s. speaking of brakes, its very interesting you went with the stock brake prop setup,dist block. Never seen that done. Exhaust dumps in front of rear axle. Interior is nice, paint looks pretty good from video. rear wheels are wide wtih mini tubs which is awesome. ls3 with vintage air are all very nice. its a really nice camaro.
100k my truck would have to close right. all my gaps should be uniform.. the hood gaps are Garbage.. but its a very nice car but more like 40k nice

I see too much wrong with this car for it to be a 100k...
For instance the gap on the passenger side door and the rear window molding on the drive side and that's just a couple I'm sure I could find more wrong,But over all she looks good...
