I am ONLY saying this bc you mentioned before that you’ve had trouble with nose contour. Try using your opposite hand or coming at it in the opposite direction. So contour the right side coming from the left and drawing the line further in from the bone edge. It should give the effect you said you were looking for. Please DISREGARD this comment if it in any way isn’t useful. You are gorgeous stunning and I loved this video.

A piece of advice: Don’t do anything uber-trendy with makeup for your wedding because photographs are forever! Aka: Go with the Victoria Beckham #2 lip liner and not the very brown “Endless Cacao,” which will stand out. Otherwise, a stunning look.
I am a makeup artist, and I had some brides want glowy summer makeup that was very trendy this year. However, that makeup doesn't translate well to wedding makeup so I came up with one that would translate well for weddings.

I would look through Hung Vango’s bridal makeup tutorials. He’s sooooo in depth about all his skincare prep and his powder steps, and he’s truly one of a kind. He has fantastic bridal makeup looks.

I did my own wedding makeup and I’m so glad I did! I wanted to get ready by myself so I could have a little time to relax and it was exactly what I needed.
Same! I thought I would regret doing my own makeup or it wouldn’t ‘look as good’ but we know our faces better than anyone…10/10 recommend as well ☺️
So did I! It took me about an hour, but it was such a luxury to take my time with it. Fake lashes and all! I loved the final result.

@@laflora166 nope I did my makeup in my pajamas! I didn’t put my dress on until I was at the venue, but I made sure to wear pajamas that buttoned up so I didn’t have to pull anything over my head and mess up my hair/makeup
I did my own makeup for my wedding as well and it was the best decision for me. I sent everyone away to go get ready and set up so I could have a moment to myself to collect my feelings and just chill. One tip that im glad I did - practice, i would do my "wedding makeup" everytime I need to go out for an event or errands or whatever. It gave me a good idea of what worked and didn't and what lasted through various weather conditions. I kept my makeup very true to me and simple and im glad I did. My photos look like me and im happy I stuck to my guns when everyone said hire someone, do glam, etc etc.

Such a beautiful look!! Back when I got married, my husband and I had a very small non-church ceremony with just the closest fam, and then had a dinner the next day for fam & friends. Everyone's wedding looks different and not having a huge traditional wedding isn't bad at all if that's not your style! So I'm sure you two will have an absolutely fantastic day! I also hope that you only share as much as you're truly comfortable with - it's so easy for people to feel they're entitled to everything just because you choose to put small parts of your life on the internet, so I really hope you just ignore everyone else's opinions who isn't you and Dejan! A really great trick for your waterline since I have the same issue with it transferring to my bottom when I don’t want it to is literally setting it with an eyeshadow powder in there. It lasts longer and basically almost fully prevents it from transferring to the bottom

Newlywed here! Got married 2 weeks ago! My lip combo was the lip cheat in pillow talk with the gloss option. I got the little gift set with 4 of the pillow talk lip products to carry with me on the day - I opted for a gloss because of the dry lip life! It was also so easy to just keep re-applying and not having to worry! 💋 congrats!!

So exciting you are beginning to try on wedding dresses! I have a reco for lower-lash mascara to avoid smudging- I always use a TUBING mascara! It doesn't really matter which brand honestly, as it's just to add a lil definition. I'm still looking for my holy grail tubing mascara, but I've tried Caliray and Thrive Cosmetics- both good formulas. Works like a charm!

For my wedding 10 years ago I went to the MAC counter and got some random pink/nude long lasting lipstick. I do remember wearing Shale eyeshadow in the crease with a bit of Print for liner though… If I were to do it again 😂 I would wear VB No. 2 lipliner with her Pout lipstick. Enjoy! xxx

I would love to find the best waterline liner as well! Jessica Braun likes to tightline and she likes the makeup by Mario liners because for her they don’t transfer down. I also hear the kvd liners are good.

Since you asked, on my wedding day my lip combo was Mac Oak lip liner with Charlotte Tillbury KKW lipstick! I didn’t opt for any lipgloss because this combo is quite creamy and I don’t go for it day to day either. It’s my go to and it looked sooo beautiful!
I love the Makeup by Mario brown liner. It doesn’t transfer down to the lower waterline!
Maybelline Unstoppable eyeliners are perfect for the waterline!!! I have the same issue and these don’t budge.
Espresso is a very very deep neutral brown. A “darkest brown”! And then Cinnabar is a delicious warm brown! Not as dark and great for everyday for us fair skinned light eyed gals! 🤗

One of my favourite lipstick colours is hug me by Mac. It goes with so many different lip liners. Or it pretty on its own.
The lip combo is stunning 😍 my only rec is get one of your bridal party or family to hold your lip oil for you for reapplication. My dress had pockets but if yours doesn't see if you can borrow one of their's!

She’s recommended so many products and given so much advice that seems like it’ll be very helpful for those of us who want to do our own makeup on our wedding day.
Makeup by Mario’s “perfect brown” eyeliner is perfect for tight lining. I think it’s his only eyeliner formula?? The black doesn’t stay quite as well as the brown in the waterline for some reason. I don’t know if it works as well for everyone but it definitely works so well for me.

Chanel waterproof eyeliner is hands down the best eyeliner for the waterline doesn’t transfer doesn’t irritate your eye stays all day 💖
Eyeliner always transfers on my waterline, too. I use an angled brush and set the eyeliner with a similar colored eyeshadow. Learned that trick watching Nicola Chapman/Pixiwoo. Works very well for me because otherwise every eyeliner on the planet will transfer for me.
My waterline liner of choice is the Cake liner from KVD Beauty. Dense colour with no transfer (on me). Loved this video!
I got you on a lower eyelash hack! Love using my kosas brow gel instead of mascara. Just enough definition and color- it looks actually really pretty and fluffy!

I use gel liner for my upper waterline. Just apply it with your angled eyeliner brush to get great colour payoff and it doesn't transfer. 🙂
