Steps to fix your device.
1. Unscrew the 4 screws holding down the back cover
2. Remove the back cover
3. Remove the motherboard and battery housing from the screen assembly
4. Unscrew the motherboard from the battery housing
5. Install ther motherboard on the new battery housing and battery
6. Put the unit back together

Will a watch 5 44mm battery work in a watch 4 44mm watch?
It will not.
with video, changing battery was a snap
Don't we need to put a sealant there, will it still be waterproof?
If the back cover is removed properly the rubber seal should still be intact and that will keep water at bay.

What about water resistant after replacement battery?
As long as you don't damage the seal it should be just like factory. If the seal is damaged that I would use some glue to create a new seal.
can you get a battery better than the one it came with?
I would recommend that you stick with the original oem version of the battery.
