Canterbury roundabouts London Road to Sturry Road

Don't know what day of the week or time of day you filmed that, but I have never seen Canterbury so free of traffic.

is it possible that after first roundabout (to Margate )stay in left lane and then move to right lane ?

Yes it is possible as long as it is done in good time, with good observations and there is no one close in the right hand lane already but you are running the risk of a driving fault for a lack of forward planning
