Today, March 19th, Lina Kostenko celebrates the 94th birthday 🎂 💐 . A woman who impresses with her uniqueness, sincerity, and unbreakable spirit ❤️‍🔥. The creativity of this incredibly talented figure spans decades, and her popularity only growing year to year. She is devoted to herself and her nation , strong and independent 💪👩🏻‍🦰.
🔎 One of her most famous phrases: "I do not wear political jewelry," after she refused to accept the title of "Hero of Ukraine."
Lina Kostenko has experienced many hardships 😥: her father's conviction to 10 years in labor camps, surviving 2 wars, and the prohibition of printing her works 😲. Her children's poems 🧸📙 today reflect the reality of modern children and young people. Because she wrote her first childish works during World War II 💣 - "My first poem was written in the trench." Therefore, they still remain relevant!
🙋🏻‍♀️ In our shadow theater "Verba," the idea arose to combine 🤝 the work of the globally renowned Ukrainian poet Lina Kostenko with our visual content in the genre of shadow theater 🎭. To wish her a happy birthday 🌷🎂👏🏼 and once again remind the world of the terrible present of Ukrainian children👶🏻⚔️.
