Hai miss what u have done is right but small correcting in that ull get 100% kfc chicken 1 st dont use egg its of no use instede take the piece from the marination and keep that in flour and i suggest use ur hands and nxt dip in water for 10 sec and again re cote it with floor and rotate clock and anti clock for 6 time make sure the floor is no1 quality then ull get the real kfc thnks in advance
And plese use less confloor like 2 to 3 spoons per kilo belive me thats enough and u can use pinch of soda also
