Whatever that lady shared was extremely true...as I did an intense study n research of metals and why our ancestors used these utensils stunned me they are actually a boon to our indian tradition...the moment I learnt them I threw all the stylish expensive chinaware, nonstick cookware and replaced them to copper, brass n high quality stainless steel....
