In this clip, Chuck gives details one of the punches he is most known for whilst fighting, the overhand right.
I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed helping Chuck during both of his seminars. An absolute inspiration from start to finish, and genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met!!

I dont know if hes quite 9 months just yet, but he's defenatly 3rd trimesta....I dont know if they ever disclosed if it was gonna be a boy or a girl, but I bet it has a full mohawk. The delivery nurse better invest in a mouthguard, because if that baby is anything like it's dad, somebodys getting knocked tf out upon arival.

Tank was jus a mean guy who could wage in wildly and sometimes get lucky. Never took him serious, specially after Vitor lit him up.

While he's punching, his jaw is unprotected by his other hand, a swift kick to his chin while backing up a little will knock him out, while his punch will land on his head which is also protected by his hand.

I've been using this punch because of this man for my whole life. You throw a looping body shot with that same hand 1st. Faint the body shot again. Then throw that they're done every time.

Can someone explain why he has black toe nail polish?
Most of us in my classes do. From kicking the heavy bag and sparring, our toe nails turn purple, black, sometimes they break and go flying across the room or cut our sparring partner. So we polish them with either black nail polish (mostly the men do and fair skinned women), or a dark maroon-purple for the other women. This way our nails don’t look janky outside of the dojo. By using a base coat, color coat, and then clear top coat to add thickness and stability, it’s less likely that you chip the nail or you break it and it goes flying when kicking the pads or cuts your sparring partner.
Very interesting, never thought about it before. We use to use electrical tape to secure our baby toes from breaking on the judo mats
