Catch to Cook: Giant Black Drum and Red Snapper Caught Offshore in Port Aransas

In this video, we'll take you along as we catch some incredible fish, including a monster black drum and red snapper.
Using mostly double drop rigs with dead shrimp, we had great success with this setup. We even stumbled upon some abandoned rigs off the Gulf of Mexico, which proved to be a great spot for fishing.
After an eventful day out on the water, we headed to Doc's Seafood Restaurant to cook up our catch. We were excited to share the fruits of our labor with others, and what better way to do that than with a delicious catch and cook meal!
It was truly a multi-species day, with several different types of fish caught including the prized red snapper. We did have some limitations with keeping the red snapper, as there are strict regulations in place to protect this species. However, we made sure to follow all rules and regulations while still enjoying the thrill of the catch.
