Have gained some body weight and pimple marks on face due to ascension process.
And I was thinking lately about this how to make my physical body just as it was few months ago.
I have been bullied a lot due to my physical looks. And I worked on them. Was pretty on scale but lost the chase of fitness due to some on going issue mostly due to ascension.
You know love, you were always beautiful. Always. People just see through the judgments that were placed on them, and it's really kind of sad because the people who hurt you had very low values for themselves and thus for others. Part of the reason this is happening (especially during ascension) is because it's not about you working out due to an old wound that you carry for the approval of others (because honestly I feel that, that desire is still a little there), but it's about doing it just for the health of your body. So it's been put on pause.
You ARE beautiful. And regardless of weight and pimples, as you really start to feel it for yourself, you'll see people won't be able to see it too. It's the magic of self-love and energy ❤️
