Huge mistake for Mikkelsen to not go with a FT ride with MSport
@@user-ly3cr3dx5w I think his management firm blocked him as M-Sport would ask for some funds.
It was evident with Pontus Tidemand, as he could only joined M-Sport for few rounds in 2019 after he left the same management firm who managed Mikkelsen.
That's why the rumors, the cry for Mikkelsen to join M-Sport as early as 2017 never happened.

Congratulations to TGR for the 1.2!...., although I am not surprised I have been telling guys the same thing I said last year as a Kenyan Driving a Toyota I would bet my house the winning car will always be a Toyota in the Safari Rally Circuit basically if you are half decent and show up with a Toyota at Safari you are guaranteed atleast a podium its always a question of how many Toyotas on the podium they are just perfect for this tough circuit

If Kalle wanted more points (he doesn't need them, as he isn't competing for the title this year), he should have driven faster on Sunday. Thierry wasn't "given" these points, he earned them by being second fastest of everyone on the last day, and winning the power stage. Kalle could have done that, but didn't. Shrug.

neuville did a great job actually extending the lead, now he will have a massive advantage on asphalt on Corsica - he seems way more pragmatic this year
The new point system is stupid in my opinion. Drivers should get more points by finishing the rally on their respetive postitions, not just by being first (for example) on saturday. With this new system winning the whole rally has become meaningless. Super sunday is a good idea but that should be on top of everything else.
Here's suggestion example of a system that would be much better in my opinion. So being first overall on saturday would get you 10 points and finishing first overal on sunday would get you 15 more points. This would place more empahis on winning the whole rally making it more meaningfull like it should be. On top of that there could still be super sunday and power stage as they are now. Which means maximum points would be 37 for an event.
Maybe you should propose it to FiA's website not here. You'd think they'll be bothered seeing this?
