Whats make the TT type has a sensory impairment but not in LL? I thought LL are more severe

Positive nerve damage in TL is mostly due to cell mediated immune response as few microorganisms are there
In LL since the organisms take a lot of time to grow the onset of symptoms like sensory nerve impairment are gradual
