Bakit kaya sa canada need mag double job sa ibang bansa 1 job is enough
Sa America nga mga tao may tatlo pa.. ako lng ang isa ata..
Pero not really.. hindi lng ako realtor taga luto, taga laba, uber ng mga anak ko sa school at soccer mom. Lalo na sa US hindi naman uso ang care giver.. i. can only ask somebody to clean my house.. dahil wala na akong energy. If your realtor para ka ring abogado. There’s a lot of contract to read.
To me, this is not a job. I enjoy what I do so parang naglalaro lang ako while making money :)

@MOVING IN DALLAS,TEXAS I'm not saying I'm not serious.. I like the job that's why I feel like it's not a job.. in fact, I just sold 2 houses this weekend.. and yeah, I'm an investor too.. It's actually one of the reasons why I studied real estate kasi I like to represent myself instead of paying somebody a commission 🤣
@@RaczKelly Congratulation! I’m actually more into assigning contract to these days since hindi ko matanggihan mga investors. Bonus na lng yung pagiging Realtor natin.. Iba ang pakiramdam sa bawat milestone na naabot natin at pinag hihirapan. Lalo na sa pagiging Realtor it’s not easy dahil dami nating isinaalang alang na mga bagay bagay.. I’m glad you are also an investor. My next plan is to build a custom house and sell it. In God’s grace sana patnubayan nya tayo..
