I won this week. About time, you got the last 6 weeks bro. 😂👍 I'll never get back to tied or even 1 behind ya now. 🤣 Have a look at other options for bike motors. ZX-14R sounds just as evil. 😎👍
Definitely a bike engine, be it a hayabusa or ZX14 or something a little more exotic like a super duke. I’ve seen hayabusa engines in KP starlets before and they work well, so it’s a great idea. Drag KE10 looks the business too.
Put a APE H/D output shaft in it Hoff, ive got a turbo busa with 400 at the tyre i built and the output shaft is a weak point. Cant wait for the build.
Respect for being careful with the car and not just blowing shit up for UA-cam fame. I try to learn as much as I can from your work, even though I may not ever have a boosted car or one that's on a dyno. Thanks for keeping on through difficult and uncertain times!
You can do as many KE corollas as you want. If you do enough of them, eventually you're going to have to put a 2GR-FE into one. I hear they make a supercharger kit for them...
Do you guys have a lot of Honda k20 or K24 motors over there? Have you ever considered one of those for a RWD swap on your little cars? I’m a big block Chevy guy, but I can appreciate the little motors that make power, as long as they stay together and not scatter rods on the track
Mint paint correction from old mate looking awesome, spray it with the hose and cretic the acuteness of angles of the water beads next week, I’ve got a lot of time for a good detail
Had a KE30 once. I think it was the last of the Correct Wheel Drive models. Nade an RHS manifold and bolted on 4 Mikuni carbs. Went like a chainsaw and didn't blow up.
That wee car has a spunky attitude and is a character. You two look good together. I'd love to see the Busa Rolla built. I want to see how you do the shaft drive convertion. Those wheels on it would buff up and really suit the hotrod style that it would be.
cars seem to rust completely differently in Australia- in Germany you often have cars that look good on the outside bur are completely rusted through underneath- because of that we mostly never have those "patina" cars...
Love the ke10 project, can wait to see it go together. I have owned 1 ke10 , 2 ke20 and 2 ke25. Should have kept at least 1, but all gone now. Keep up the good work.
1st when i saw the car. I wondered if there is room for hayabusa engine in there. Then he said in out loud. I was like did i hear him correct. Nice project. Looking forward in seeing that coming thru and getting build.
Hats off to you for finding the time to put these videos together, i own a garage business too and man its it hectic! Will we get to see kevo sent into orbit?
Man, that nugget polished up waaaaay to nice! I like the plan for the “new” ke10. Try to do the swap on the cheap. You can always escalate later on or as soon as you install and find the stock intake/manifold/ throttle setup doesn’t fit at all and youve got no choice.
Clean old car tbh, perfect for a project. Loving the idea of a screaming bike engine, as far a cars go this is spot on for a lower torque / high hp bike engine, end of the day cars don't get much lighter than an old KE10 or KE11.
Cracking effort mate. Look forward to the AE86. Would be cool to see a turbo 3rz go into the new KE10. No massive built engine just a stockish engine with a turbo.
Hoff, the Yamaha FJ1200 engine has been used for years in the Aussie legend racing cars, they’re a sturdy bulletproof engine making 130hp/108nm torque standard and are cheap to buy, only drawback is them being air cooled. Maybe another option to think about.
Awesome episode. I am loving the idea of throwing in a hayabusa engine into the KE. Really looking forward to seeing how you would get a mechanical reverse for it, rather than electric.
They're breeding Scott, so you have to do something interesting with them!👍😎 It makes for great content! Have you thought about trying to find a wrecked busa online at the auctions?
I can't work on my knees on a concrete floor for 1/10th as long as that. Someone gave me a bunch of interlocking rubber mats that i have randomly around the shed, i use them all the time, saves the knees big time.
Id say do the quick slap together with the full bike bits just to get it running and driving, turbo can come later if it needs but id say the simplicity of stock would be pretty nice.
You're a legend Scott, I've been thinking about a bike engine build for a bit . Could you delete the bike gearbox from the engine and run a transaxle instead . Obviously it would take a lot more fabrication but it would have benefits and reverse lol . Anyway I can't wait to see what you do and I love the mate
what if you did a 2GRFE engine conversion, should be cheaper than the motorbike engine (heaps of them around) they weigh 166kg & make 230kw stock, fit a RA62 six speed gearbox and if turbo’d they can make 375kw on 22 psi
Is the "Burnout Warehouse" the bargain basement "Skid Factory?" Should you change engine options for the other KE10 from bike to car, can't get better than a K-series Honda.
He'll yea I'm keen af to see the turbo busa k10 build :D
A tall feller like you fitting inside those Corollas still blows my mind.
Turbo ‘busa is definitely a different project and I’m totally onboard 👌
If you need any Morris parts from the Uk man let me know. Happy to send you anything you need 👍🏻👍🏻
The bloke who did the polishing did a great job, it looks heaps shinier now than the last time I saw it!
The red KE10 scrubs up nice looking great now. Keep up the content always look forward to getting home Friday and watching nugget garage.
I have a bunch of ke10/ke11 tail/side lights and maybe some trim bits here in Sydney, happy to mail them up to ya? I haven't had a Corolla in years
I won this week. About time, you got the last 6 weeks bro. 😂👍 I'll never get back to tied or even 1 behind ya now. 🤣
Have a look at other options for bike motors. ZX-14R sounds just as evil. 😎👍
KE 10 stuff will never get boring especially with what you do with them!!
Definitely a bike engine, be it a hayabusa or ZX14 or something a little more exotic like a super duke. I’ve seen hayabusa engines in KP starlets before and they work well, so it’s a great idea.
Drag KE10 looks the business too.
4AGE with a little boost will do well for a daily in there. Bussa could be cool.
That little red head came out really pretty.
Yep, I had an AE70 5speed back in the 90's, awesome little car 👍
Don’t be so hard on yourself Hoff, you being you is why we watch this channel mate. Keep it up 👍
love what a nerd you are about the KEs. you are like a doting father, and they're lucky to have you
The seats in the KE10 are AW11 MR2.
This is a top channel (obviously my opinion). Thanks for sticking with it Hoff. Cheers
"Suck at it, Like you suck at everything else..?"
Mate, Have you seen the awesome shit you own/build/tune?
Someone needs a cuddle 😉
It's Straya Mate, we do but not say that we can.
4AGTE. Been done before. But it just makes sense.
Yep....& it keeps the Toyota heritage 👍
Hands up who else spent more of the timelapse watching the sunspot moving across the wall.
Maybe I went a little too harsh on the messages on the stickers haha!
Love the channel tho and what you are making of it Hoff!!!
I like the dyno clips at the end, more of that too
yes man. busa turbo is a perfect fit. can't wait for this build.
The ‘busa donk sounds like a killer choice! And the Red beast looks sweet as! Nice one 🤘🏻
Love the Corolla content! Damn those customer cars sound amazing!
The Hoff's great work again. Cheers to Fridays and the Nugg.
Yeah man keen to see the busa in the rolla! Something different, really looking forward to this build 👌🏼👌🏼
Loved the last couple of cuts of the cars on the dyno. Great video, looking forward to the new crusty-rolla build.
You can do as many KE corollas as you want. If you do enough of them, eventually you're going to have to put a 2GR-FE into one. I hear they make a supercharger kit for them...

As always Scott, your content is cool AF and thanks for taking the time to get videos out to us.
Mint paint correction from old mate looking awesome, spray it with the hose and cretic the acuteness of angles of the water beads next week, I’ve got a lot of time for a good detail
Mate, the turbo busa with electric throttle, blipping flat shift etc sounds so darn cool. Can't wait to see what you do with it whatever you decide!
Awesome video.
Looking forward to seeing some fabrication videos with the bike engine. 👍👍👍
Had a KE30 once. I think it was the last of the Correct Wheel Drive models. Nade an RHS manifold and bolted on 4 Mikuni carbs. Went like a chainsaw and didn't blow up.

Awesome looking forward to watching the new build :)
Awesome mate 👍 looking forward to watching this build!!

New Ke10 build sounds awesome 👏👌
KEEP THE GLOBES ON IT!!!!!!!!!
Great stuff, that red KE10 polished up mint 👌🏻
looking forward this build as well. big thumbs up.
Love the busa idea . Crolla looks great .
I think Haltech would be happy to sponsor the nugget garage
Hats off to you for finding the time to put these videos together, i own a garage business too and man its it hectic! Will we get to see kevo sent into orbit?
Always wanted a Busa powered Mini, Lookin forward to your Build 👍
Man, that nugget polished up waaaaay to nice!
I like the plan for the “new” ke10. Try to do the swap on the cheap. You can always escalate later on or as soon as you install and find the stock intake/manifold/ throttle setup doesn’t fit at all and youve got no choice.
Keen to see the 86 at the track aye 😊 who cares if you can or can't drive will be some fun.
Clean old car tbh, perfect for a project. Loving the idea of a screaming bike engine, as far a cars go this is spot on for a lower torque / high hp bike engine, end of the day cars don't get much lighter than an old KE10 or KE11.
Can never be too much ke10/11 content!
Cracking effort mate. Look forward to the AE86. Would be cool to see a turbo 3rz go into the new KE10. No massive built engine just a stockish engine with a turbo.
Man that thing come up looking sweet, amazing what some polish will do, keep up the good work bud 👍👌
Hoff, the Yamaha FJ1200 engine has been used for years in the Aussie legend racing cars, they’re a sturdy bulletproof engine making 130hp/108nm torque standard and are cheap to buy, only drawback is them being air cooled. Maybe another option to think about.
Not bored of the 3rd KE10 at all and much excite about a Turbo Busa donk in it!
Awesome episode. I am loving the idea of throwing in a hayabusa engine into the KE. Really looking forward to seeing how you would get a mechanical reverse for it, rather than electric.
They're breeding Scott, so you have to do something interesting with them!👍😎
It makes for great content!
Have you thought about trying to find a wrecked busa online at the auctions?
I couldn't see the appeal with the car aside from the running gear before but washed with the parachute on I get it, what a cool car!
Busa build sounds sick. Looking forward to seeing the 86 out on track
I'm enjoying the new Format Scott, well done!
Your red KE10 came up so well with the polish. Looks great. Turbo the Busa engined KE10 please 😁
Big fan of the new channel format Hoff! Keep it up👌
bike motor in that small car sounds amazing!!!
Not boring at all, even a na busa would be awesome. Red ke10 looks mint you need to put your business name on it
I can't work on my knees on a concrete floor for 1/10th as long as that. Someone gave me a bunch of interlocking rubber mats that i have randomly around the shed, i use them all the time, saves the knees big time.
Hell yea on the busi looking forward to seeing that little red looks mint 👍🏼
Awesome! looking forward to the busa build
Id say do the quick slap together with the full bike bits just to get it running and driving, turbo can come later if it needs but id say the simplicity of stock would be pretty nice.
That new corolla will be a cool build
great video, love the new ke10, looking forward to that build whichever way you go
Great idea to slap the crouch rocket motor in it man! Got me eager for more.
I wreckon Bore n sleeve the 5k , big cam ,hectic head work and turbo it with custom efi /water/meth injection etc
Stock Hayabusa with bike wiring sounds great to start with Scott .... :) Looking forward to the process on this little old thing .....:)
Didn’t they make a V8 block to put hyabusa heads and piston/rods in? That would be sick. I thought the Arial Atom V8’s had those motors in them
Stoked!
Good find that KE 10 is solid 👍
With that music in the end I thought I was watching a Hagerty engine rebuild ! Classic.
Honda Blackbird 1100 XX is a great motor and there’s turbo kits around for them.
Red KE10 is looking mint!!
Liking the engine choice for the Ke10.👌😎
Keen on turbo busa ke10, surely more subscribers with that build!
Noice mate! Cheers for.making my Friday night a lil better 😎🤙
The Ted Monster is mint. Keep up the good work mate. Videos are on point.👍
Big numbers 4AGE turbo for the KE10?
Yep...that's what I'd do...but possibly considered a bit boring nowadays. ...wotevaaaa
Good stuff mate. Always loved the lil Corollas and Dattos. cheers.
Yes to the Busa. Love the minis with them in em.
"Do you want to know what it's like to sit INSIDE a chain saw, mate?" :P
@@andersjjensen lol 😂👍
Always a great variety of cars at Hoffs tuning shop 🔥🌶🌶 Hyabusa or bust 👌
You should do a turbo 4age in it bro
Definitely. ...cos the car is actually decent...if it was a rusted out shit box. ..then yeah...who cares what crazy combo's in it 👍
I got a 4k engine that's a runner still in my ke20 coupe I'm gunna be pulling out an getting rid of
Can't wait for the Bussa install!
What ever you do, it’ll be worth watching
My knees made sympathy cracking noises just watching you kneel on concrete!
Nice neat toy brother all the best
Keep the ITB’s and use DBW motor to actuate. Seen this on a GT40 replica
what if you did a 2GRFE engine conversion, should be cheaper than the motorbike engine (heaps of them around) they weigh 166kg & make 230kw stock, fit a RA62 six speed gearbox and if turbo’d they can make 375kw on 22 psi
Is the "Burnout Warehouse" the bargain basement "Skid Factory?"
Should you change engine options for the other KE10 from bike to car, can't get better than a K-series Honda.
Love to see a Ducati L twin or a cross plane R1 motor in the rolla. Get a nice rumble in there 💪👌
RSV4 aprilia even
VFR1200 V4
Or a turbo Goldwing motor.
Ducati parts dealer says : yes.
