Most of people are scared of what they can't fully comprehend, which is why they prefer to stay out of it, or call people who want to learn more about less explored topics "weird". Einstein and Tesla were considered pretty weird (still are), but look what they've done for the humanity.
You're right the form/structure of the argument may be valid, but that just means that if the premises are true then the conclusion is also true because the structure of the argument allows it to follow from the premises with nesccisity/certainty. Her argument is still unsound (the conlusion is false). The reason lies in that the content (the premises) commit the fallacy of composition. The fallacy of composition is committed when the conclusion of an argument depends on the erroneous transference of an attribute from the parts of something onto the whole. In other words, the attribute that allows the water from the ocean to be impacted by the moon in a specific way is transferred to the body of human beings. The assumption that the water in the ocean and the water in our body has that same attribute and so the moon impacts the human body in that way, is false. Water behaves differenly in our bodies than in the ocean. Its like saying: "Sodium and chlorine, the atomic components of salt, are both deadly poisons. Therefore, salt is a deadly poison" Not true. Salt makes food taste good ;) Hope that clears things up:)

TAKE Take two twins for example...Why are there so many twins in this world who were born on the same day and location but have very different personality traits? ZODIAC SIGNS WOULD NEED TO BE ACCURATE EVERY SINGLE TIMEE. In conclusion: Stop blaming some mythology bull on why your personality is so terrible. Because at the end of the day...a magical word you should learn in COINCIDENCE.
That is so true! I am just starting to realize and learn so many things about spirituality and the misconceptions we are exposed by the modern media and Hollywood’s interpretations behind it. As humans, we are close to nature and being attuned and harnessing with our own intuition is such a crucial skill for life.

omg you should look up what your whole natal chart is! like what signs your planets are in because that is so important when it comes to astrology. For example, venus rules love, how we would be in a relationship. My venus is in capricorn. Another example, mercury rules communication, so how we get our message across and how we speak, my mercury is in scorpio (like my sun sign, usually they are the same) so if u see those tumblr/ig zodiac things, if its talking about "what the signs are like in love" you should look at your venus sign. cafe astrology has an easy way to get all your signs

I found your channel a couple months ago, and watched your law of atraction video, when I really needed something to push me on the journey of finding myself. As a pisces, I was always sensitive with energies and the places around me but never knew how to deal with it and make the best out of my senses. For a while, it really dragged me down, but starting last year I got into astrology and everything is better. I am not as easily dragged down in mood swings and I'm way more positive. So many great things started happening, and life will continue to get better. I think you should make a video about journaling and what you journal about (ex: your manifestations). Also, I really think you should watch some videos about the multi-verse theory and watch it with a very spiritual mindset. I think it would help ground your beliefs even more so and give you way more information and an understanding of the universe and how the things affect you even more so. It's a very awe-inspiring viewpoint and I certainly have a lot of beliefs similar to yours.
My favourite quote I once read was "To reach your destiny you need to know your purpose. An unknown purpose comes an unreachable destiny" 🌻 I'm a Capricorn, and it shows physically and mentally. I'm huge believer that your perspective on life determines your outcome (perspective and purpose are so much the same, but so different in thought). Perspective will lead to success, and your purpose leads to your destiny. (Success for me isn't wealth, it's about giving back, being rich in love and happiness). This is something that ties it all together: When you have a positive perspective on life, you learn what your purpose is. Then you manifest in the idea of your purpose which leads to law of attraction, what you give out is what you receive. Spreading positivity and you will receive it and that comes down to your perspective on life. The final stage is reaching your destiny through your purpose and creating success through your perspective on life. As much as what I said can be confusing it still makes so much sense. 🙏🏼

Showing that I'm a capricorn physically is through my actions and doings. (Not so much appearance). Its how I express the traits of a capricorn with my physical doings e.g. Stubbornness; Ill be sick but force myself to go to work. Cautious; Always looking around me when in unknown places. There are plenty more, but those were a few. I didn't realise straight away that it wasn't just the mental processes that was cap, it was also my everyday physical actions. :) My rising is Pisces! and my moon sign is Libra! This is actually crazzzzzzy dude - I was literally JUST discussing astrology with my friends and I said 'I just don't get how I, being a Capricorn, am the exact same as every other Capricorn' -& I've met other Capricorns and we're nothing like each other!?!! They'll have your chart and short explanations on everything, but you should definitely google your individual planets/placements to understand better. Spirituality for me is very similar to your spirituality. I understand completely with what you mean by understanding life at a young age- I'm sixteen but am often called an old soul, an understanding of the earth and my being came so naturally. You remind me an awful lot of my best friend Ron (he's also a Leo) we create together and inspire one another. It's so unique and special to find people that align with you so well. Along my journey I've found many beautiful Leo's to guide me and inspire me. I am a very spiritual Sagittarius who practises forms of Buddhism meditation and manifestations, finding happiness in the earth and it's making has also helped me on my personal journey. I can't say I have as much knowledge as you on astrology/spirituality, but whenever I'm in a bit of a rut or somethings going on, I tend to read my horoscope and it fits what I'm going through SO WELL! Hi! I am not at all religious, actually I'm against religion but if anyone is religious please don't be offended it's a personal opinion. But I believe in spirituality, ghosts and many psychics yet it will be seen as hypocrisy even though personally I believe the two are completely different...
totally! the culture & tradition i'm native to also holds this similar view on the religious vs. the spiritual and too often i find myself going back to the spiritual side of things because it's more primal and visceral; unlike the religious stuff that sometimes get too muddled up with politics, biases, etc.

But it's such a unique way and perspective of looking at life, I find it interesting and research a lot about it but don't believe in it. We were born and raised in families with similar morals but no family in the world is identical and can you really blame them or anybody for where they ended up. The world is changing, religions and beliefs are bound to change they already have. As long as people are sane and kind and pure on the inside I think that's all that matters, I am in no way advising anybody to do anything or change because there really is no point as humans we are pretty proud creatures and have a great load of pride in us, that we won't let anybody put down.

I have just began learning about spirituality as well as living alongside crystals and being a tiny part of the Universe; I really got started as I was travelling in Australia a few months back and I met an awesome guy who let me be a part of his life. Well this was disappointing. I was hoping she would actually talk about astrology. I wanted to learn what it is, what it is not, and learn something real. Nope, Cartia only talked how she is a firm believer. Thats it. She talked about other people who believes in it. Confirmation bias. She mentioned how she was able to have a mind of a teenager and someone who can listen and understand older people. Sounds like you comprehended earlier than other children, thats not a sign, its children brain developing at different speed, and depending on the child their personality. Nothing in this video convinced me astrology is a real thing. I can say this and hope Cartia doesn't delete my comment so other people scrolling thru becomes convinced based on seeing the same supportive comments. I am open to astrology and spirituality, but not one person has proven anything both on the psychical or mental level. On another note, she's pertttty good lookin lol

Yeah astrology is a hobby for bored people that need validation and excuses for their life decisions. Whenever you say you aren't a believer they all come at you and say “ you aren't educated enough and it isn't just about your sun sign” yep I'm educated on it but just think its bs I'm a spiritual person and have progressed on my spiritual journey but astrology isn't a thing for me.

Cartia Mallan I'm glad you made a video on this, and don't feel weird talking about it and being interested in the topic. Most of people are scared of what they can't fully comprehend, which is why they prefer to stay out of it, or call people who want to learn more about less explored topics "weird". Einstein and Tesla were considered pretty weird (still are), but look what they've done for the humanity.
You're right the form/structure of the argument may be valid, but that just means that if the premises are true then the conclusion is also true because the structure of the argument allows it to follow from the premises with nesccisity/certainty. Her argument is still unsound (the conlusion is false). The reason lies in that the content (the premises) commit the fallacy of composition. The fallacy of composition is committed when the conclusion of an argument depends on the erroneous transference of an attribute from the parts of something onto the whole. In other words, the attribute that allows the water from the ocean to be impacted by the moon in a specific way is transferred to the body of human beings. The assumption that the water in the ocean and the water in our body has that same attribute and so the moon impacts the human body in that way, is false. Water behaves differenly in our bodies than in the ocean.
Its like saying:
"Sodium and chlorine, the atomic components of salt, are both deadly poisons. Therefore, salt is a deadly poison"

TAKE Take two twins for example...Why are there so many twins in this world who were born on the same day and location but have very different personality traits? ZODIAC SIGNS WOULD NEED TO BE ACCURATE EVERY SINGLE TIMEE.
In conclusion: Stop blaming some mythology bull on why your personality is so terrible. Because at the end of the day...a magical word you should learn in COINCIDENCE.
That is so true! I am just starting to realize and learn so many things about spirituality and the misconceptions we are exposed by the modern media and Hollywood’s interpretations behind it. As humans, we are close to nature and being attuned and harnessing with our own intuition is such a crucial skill for life.

omg you should look up what your whole natal chart is! like what signs your planets are in because that is so important when it comes to astrology. For example, venus rules love, how we would be in a relationship. My venus is in capricorn. Another example, mercury rules communication, so how we get our message across and how we speak, my mercury is in scorpio (like my sun sign, usually they are the same) so if u see those tumblr/ig zodiac things, if its talking about "what the signs are like in love" you should look at your venus sign. cafe astrology has an easy way to get all your signs

I found your channel a couple months ago, and watched your law of atraction video, when I really needed something to push me on the journey of finding myself. As a pisces, I was always sensitive with energies and the places around me but never knew how to deal with it and make the best out of my senses. For a while, it really dragged me down, but starting last year I got into astrology and everything is better. I am not as easily dragged down in mood swings and I'm way more positive. I think you should make a video about journaling and what you journal about (ex: your manifestations). Also, I really think you should watch some videos about the multi-verse theory and watch it with a very spiritual mindset. I think it would help ground your beliefs even more so and give you way more information and an understanding of the universe and how the things affect you even more so. It's a very awe-inspiring viewpoint and I certainly have a lot of beliefs similar to yours.

My favourite quote I once read was "To reach your destiny you need to know your purpose. An unknown purpose comes an unreachable destiny" 🌻 I'm a Capricorn, and it shows physically and mentally. I'm huge believer that your perspective on life determines your outcome (perspective and purpose are so much the same, but so different in thought). Perspective will lead to success, and your purpose leads to your destiny. (Success for me isn't wealth, it's about giving back, being rich in love and happiness). This is something that ties it all together: When you have a positive perspective on life, you learn what your purpose is. Then you manifest in the idea of your purpose which leads to law of attraction, what you give out is what you receive. Spreading positivity and you will receive it and that comes down to your perspective on life. The final stage is reaching your destiny through your purpose and creating success through your perspective on life. As much as what I said can be confusing it still makes so much sense. 🙏🏼

+Em Booth google astrodientist and go to the website -> free horoscopes tab -> click natal chart, ascendant and enter your birth date/time/location. They'll have your chart and short explanations on everything, but you should definitely google your individual planets/placements to understand better. I also like astro-charts. com they're layout is a little less confusing.

Hi! I am not at all religious, actually I'm against religion but if anyone is religious please don't be offended it's a personal opinion. But I believe in spirituality, ghosts and many psychics yet it will be seen as hypocrisy even though personally I believe the two are completely different...
totally! the culture & tradition i'm native to also holds this similar view on the religious vs. the spiritual and too often i find myself going back to the spiritual side of things because it's more primal and visceral; unlike the religious stuff that sometimes get too muddled up with politics, biases, etc.

But it's such a unique way and perspective of looking at life, I find it interesting and research a lot about it but don't believe in it. We were born and raised in families with similar morals but no family in the world is identical and can you really blame them or anybody for where they ended up. The world is changing, religions and beliefs are bound to change they already have. As long as people are sane and kind and pure on the inside I think that's all that matters, I am in no way advising anybody to do anything or change because there really is no point as humans we are pretty proud creatures and have a great load of pride in us, that we won't let anybody put down.

You are such a stunning person and you have a beautiful spirit inside of you and it kind of makes me so proud knowing how well you are connected to it. I have just began learning about spirituality as well as living alongside crystals and being a tiny part of the Universe; I really got started as I was travelling in Australia a few months back and I met an awesome guy who let me be a part of his life. He taught me love, love for other people, love for myself, and he is the person I am the most grateful for. I have always believed that you have to love yourself enough to let other people in and fall for you as well as love yourself enough to live and work for your goals and manage by yourself.

im most areas Im very spiritual...star signs are always was kinda holds me back though because I really want to believe its true but I dont relate or identify with my sign at all lol so I have I hard time feeling in tune with astrology

I'm a cap sun and before knowing about the rising / moon / mars signs i couldn't relate much to my sun sign ... Now that i know a lot more about my signs it seems more valid

I just find it kinda weird that you put so much energy into Western Astrology, which is an incomplete philosophy stolen from Indian culture, and literally makes no sense when you compare it to Indian Astrology. But each to their own I guess.

Well this was disappointing. I was hoping she would actually talk about astrology. I wanted to learn what it is, what it is not, and learn something real. Nope, Cartia only talked how she is a firm believer. Thats it. She talked about other people who believes in it. Confirmation bias. She mentioned how she was able to have a mind of a teenager and someone who can listen and understand older people. Sounds like you comprehended earlier than other children, thats not a sign, its children brain developing at different speed, and depending on the child their personality. Nothing in this video convinced me astrology is a real thing. I can say this and hope Cartia doesn't delete my comment so other people scrolling thru becomes convinced based on seeing the same supportive comments. I am open to astrology and spirituality, but not one person has proven anything both on the psychical or mental level.

Whenever you say you aren't a believer they all come at you and say “ you aren't educated enough and it isn't just about your sun sign” yep I'm educated on it but just think its bs
I'm a spiritual person and have progressed on my spiritual journey but astrology isn't a thing for me.
A very spiritual person I'm also a Wiccan. Very drawn to Nature the Moon and crystals and I do see spirits.
