@Mercer0516 Man I loved patron warrior, by far and away my most games played with a single deck
The druid is so used to just steamrolling other decks that they just give up whenever there's a minor inconvenience
these are gold players. they ain't steamrolling anything
@@algumnomeaihehe it's early in the month, meaning legend players are still in gold. also, the guy has the legend card back and the 1000-win malfurion portrait. he definitely steamrolls many (though he also missed lethal on turn 5 here)
With some decks it's faster to quit right away. In other words, it's smarter to win the next game in 7ish turns than to stretch the current game for 15 more turns.
I mean there is a case for early conceding, especially when in lower ranks like this (remember that if you reached legend last season winning in gold gives you like 6 stars or something, quitting out on games that look like they're gonna drag on or be undecided can be very much worth it)

Eye Beam cost 0 because of wand. It became a 1 cost spell when it became Outcast. Thats probably what the person referred to.
You could see all over his face how annoyed Kibler was , more than understandable , feels so unfair playing against Druid.
I think the reason someone talked about the eyebeam is that it would've been free, if it hadn't become "outcast" when you played other both versions of Ziliax.
Geez the neutral pacakage with unkilliax, dorian, marin and the works makes this meta mind melting

I haven't played hearthstone much recently but the druid deck can get so disgusting if you get doomkins early ; delaying minions and board clears, turns out messing with mana is a pretty strong effect lol😅

same thing happened to me i left a dorian alive and yeah this druid deck doesnt run any spells...?
i played a game yesterday which involved the following: turn 4 played puppetmaster protected by nestmatron x2. Turn 5 top deck flowerchild draw 1 mana eonar + draw till hand is full. double doomkin draw and played two 1 mana doomkins. Opponent makes a very weak play with 3 mana. 8 mana on turn 6, i play doomkin again. Poor DH. Hands such as these are not uncommon if you can stick a puppetmaster. marin also will melt faces alone if you hit well and Fye is a fantastic wall especially when buffed. Great time to play druid!

It's the start of the season, people want to climb quickly with their bonus stars, it makes sense to not "waste time" on a game that is gonna take time only to maybe lose
