He never got the chance to be officially put in the position as Hokage (as in sworn in to seal the deal). He had the title and was intended to be, but died before that could be set in stone. Unlike Kakashi, at the time, where he was pretty much there (closer than Danzo ever was) up until Tsunade woke up 😅
and i thinking that only the brazilian portuguese dub for Naruto was "soulless".... english dub is kinda inaudible too, so emotionless and make me want to stop listening to it.
