Yes - I agree - you've created a very easy to follow version of this weave. So many other videos I watched may have a similar title but yours is so easy to follow. Thank you :)
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've been pulling my hair out trying to find a tutorial for this where you can actually see what's being done, and holy cow the chenille stem idea is brilliant. I was finally able to make this. Thanks again, and please know that random person in Western NY thinks you are awesome.
Thanks for sharing a simple and easy method to learn this weave which i was struggling with. I am in U.K. any suggestion for finding coloured large rings that can be twisted and shut with hand . Shower rings are too large. Thanks.
You could try making your own jump rings with Dead Soft Aluminum. It comes in large gauges and you can just wrap it around something and cut with wire cutters. It's very pliable. Easy to open and close with your hands. Look for 12g or 14g wire.
If you visit the kit listing on my website I provide several choices of sizes. This can be done in many different sizes and the Rubber O-Orings shown here are unique to www.beadmeastory.com The all metal version is made with 16g 1/4" Jump Rings. Here is the kit listing that has other sizes www.beadmeastory.com/products/half-persian-epdm-bracelet-kit?_pos=1&_sid=196e710b9&_ss=r
@@beadmeastory722also, which model number are the pliers that your using in this video? I noticed on your website there are several choices of the same type of pliers. Thank you! p.s. I received my rubber Orings and they’re beautiful! I got rainbow!
@@loricasagrande613 487 Chisel Nose and 486bn Bent nose is what I used in the video. The 475 or 483 will work just as well as the chisel nose. I tend to use those because I do a lot of micro maille with rhinestones. For standard Chainmaille a flat nose plier works just as well.
@@beadmeastory722 I wish I had found you sooner!!!! I have watched hours and hours of other people’s videos on how to do the 3 in 1 Half Persian. Ended up with just a lot of frustration and thinking I would never get this. Still, I did not give up and came up with my own way to do it. Which turns out to be very similar to your way. Will always watch your videos first from now on. Thank you for being such a good teacher. You are amazing!!!!
This is just one approach to try. People make chainmaille in lots of different ways. This is just one idea that may help beginners start this weave and it's something most people have at home. Although it was not the right approach for you, many people have found it helpful.
This is the ONLY half Persian tutorial I've ever been able to follow. Thank you so much! It's awesome!
I have been struggling for months to make a half persian pattern. Thanks so much for this informative how to video! 😍
I'm so glad this was helpful for you!
