It's been so long since I made my actual "solo" multifandom. Lately, i've been doing a lot of collabs and they have been extremely fun because I'm getting the chance to work with amazing editors and friends of mine, but I do love moments where I get the chance to work on my own videos for a change and this felt really refreshing! The other day, I was listening to some songs and I overcame this one and I immediately wanted to work with it. I've known about this song for so many years now so it brings back a lot of memories. After hearing this song I just jumped right into the video, kind of having a "hero" theme in mind. As I was progressing through it I noticed that not only does it focus on heroes, but it also focuses on the more "less-hero" type characters. So when working with this footage I wanted to portray a story that for all of these characters there is a story behind them and they all go through struggles within their lives but also have a "hero" side to them, not literally but in a dimensional matter.
I hope I got that idea across okay, I swear it's much more simpler and understandable in my head xD
Anyways, I really hope you guys enjoy this one! I finished it so fast and it feels nice to have worked on a full video by myself for once!
I also want to thank Matt (theSPNworld) for helping me on this. We basically stayed up till 5 am on nights working on this and triggering ideas. He was such a big help. :D

He's definitely my favorite character from the show, and Mahone coming in second. Just seeing Robert do a fantastic job as T-Bag, he became my favorite actor of all time haha. I literally went on a binge and watched a lot of his other stuff too. xD
Good video about the struggles of characters who, in a certain light, can be viewed as tragic heroes. I like that you ended it with T-Bag's response to the "broken machine" analysis. Felt like a perfect note for the video to end on.

Holy fuck Heather, this is AMAZING. Like I know you get that a lot because you're, well, you? Duh, but I mean seriously. Your style is so smooth and so very professional looking. You capture so many emotions in your videos, I can totally tell the theme and vibe of your video without you even having to mention it in the description. There was the perfect amount of voiceover usage, NEVER overdone like you usually see, not in your videos! NOPE. Perfection on a whole new level. I loved seeing the transitions between different shows and the many aspects you captured. I felt so many emotions in this video. You never just focused on ONE emotion. Oh my dear god you melted my heart. My favorite vidder using this five for fighting son? TOo GOOD to be true! Almost lost my breath a few times and that's not an exaggeration. Full of some of my favorite anti-heroes "wish that I could cry" didn't even have to wish :)

Awesome! Are Cult and Prison Break good shows (well obviously you watch them…)? I've seen the show Oz which looks sort of similar to Prison Break but is much more intense.

Dude that was AWESOME. I totally got the feel I think you were going for - and I totally forgot that song even existed, takes me waaay back! Really moving, such a great fit for those characters.
