How is the ending of the 17 done?

Its a spin with a specific pattern starting leftred, center,leftblue,rightblue,center, ending with rightred. If you slow it down you can see u are just repeatedly stepping to this same movement but rotating 90 degrees each cycle for about 3 full spins, look up another video with the song and chart level youll see it.
