Seems like Latin dancing is just two soloists dancing next to each other anymore instead of dancing with each other. Dancing together isn’t just about technique, connection, etc. it used to be about a man and a woman’s expression toward each other as opposed to expressing everything to the audience
2nd couple was the closest. In them, I saw “us” instead of “watch me”
