April 14th can’t get here soon enough! This looks like a great machine which will definitely accommodate larger dies without the necessity of going to a large machine. This will be a game changer for Diamond Press!

Perfect size! Love my regular DP but this will "Double Production" with a larger cutting field and smaller footprint omitting dragging out a larger die cutting machine for larger dies that take up real estate in my work area! Kuddos DP!!
Just try to find one to buy. Their own webpage and HSN is almost always out of stock. That goes for the cutting folders that replace cutting plates other machines use. Overall as much as I adore Diamond Press dies and stamps etc. I also own two of the larger 4.5" wide mouth Marguise machines myself I can not find a third for a gift I've been trying now for coming up on a year. This is ridiculous. Since when does a craft company NOT carry the two basic's that make up the core of their materials and supports the entire crafting accessories. I've been trying out how to get my friends machines to accept these ultra thin dies because we can't find her a machine. Yes I want to keep both my machines because one goes in the travel RV and on the road traveling with me while the other stays useful in my craft room at home. And I don't want to give my friend a USED machine either. I'm sure I'd be happy with it but I'm not happy not being able to find her a new one just for her. By the way her BD was June 4th and I so hoped to find one by then. Didn't happen. I did give her another 6" wide opening portable machine two years ago now and it's doing great. This machine despite it's lovely qualities not being able to find one to buy for such a long time I'm backing way off on DP dies now.Though did just buy 3 sets from their webpage and was kicking myself for doing it while doing it. But I already made a complicated BD card for my brother using two of thee 3 sets. Stamps from one and die cut designs from another. Just stock the machines DP. This is totally crazy. No machine how's anyone new to this craft find you and if they buy your designs and their other brand machines are difficult to get to cut these ultra thin dies even with shims maybe it's best they just skip DP and like I said I'm almost there. Where I'll keep working out how to cut these dies despite the advertisement that they cut in all other machines not without a lot of work to find the right depth of shims or cutting plates. I discovered however a brand is making a special add on plate that helps cut ultra thin or thinlet dies by Sizzix and I'm hoping these plates will be the key to cutting DP dies through my 8 other die cutting machines. Three electrics and the rest manual machines. Two spellbinder machines and a Tm Holtz smaller side kick and a gemini, Empress, Big Shot electric. And even one of those older RED press machines that uses the lever. It too is a sizzix. For ome reason I can cut my alphabet dies I collect used and new both but few are made any longer and though they all state for roller machines they cut with less distortion to the die in the red lever press machine. Until DP gets their act together and stocks the machines and folders for cutting I'm not recommending. As much as I love them just not user friendly without the support of the very basic materials and tools.
