Candy Pop is probably one of my favourite japanese Twice song, it's so addictive, you just have to dance to it 😆

just to give the story behind:
As you can see on the start of the MV the date is March 14 which is known as the White Day. So what is White Day?
Japan celebrates Valentines differently. During this time, girls will give chocolates (any sweets) to the guys and on White Day, the guy will give back a gift to the girl who gave him sweets during Valentines (if he wanted to).
Going back to the MV, the girl did not receive any sweets from the guys she probably gifted on Valentines that's why she's sad. And that's the time where TWICE will give her the sweets to make her happy

White Day was also celebrated in South Korea and Taiwan.
It's amazing to watch "Candy pop" and then their last Japanese song "Doughnut". I'm so proud of them. < 3
Fun fact about Candy Pop: Along with the song they released a comic book with the animation of the music video to promote the single in Japanese book stores & online that sold out instantly ❤️
