Then goes out and checks for survivors till while he let's one get away. Even gives them a retribution arc and destroys them.
If the crystals didn't have such a low drop rate I would do these more often, you could unlock so many skills you haven't unlocked from PQs doing this.
I mean technically if you have a villainous skill on your CAC and go into like photo mode or training, you'll have the aura and stuff, but yeah i see what you're saying
For anyone wondering, yes people still play crystal raids in PS4 I get alotta rooms. Here's a moveset for anybody wanting to take raid bosses down (assuming you know how to step vanish out of assault rain and the band saw attack, which if you are competent, you should be able to) *"I think I'm finally warmed up now!"* Ss Gives Ki auto Regen, and combined with earthling auto Regen you basically charge ki while running away from boss. Also the speed boost helps A LOT, I've actually managed to outpace most CAC bosses *Pearl flash* (deals quick damage to them on top of draining their stamina very quickly) *Super guard* (when they target you enables your team to hit them with ease, or when you need to revive) Burst Charge *Rough Ranger* (for when they aura burst too much and are left on their last bars of stamina, this should break them easy and leave them open for dragon fist or burning strike!) *Secret Poison* (this drains their health very quickly because bosses have a large pool of health.) *Dragon Fist or Burning Attack* (I only use ultimates if I'm the last one standing, these moves do great damage and are easy to combo into quickly. Good to solo boss with) Using an earthling helps as they Regen ki automatically, and if the boss actually notices you are doing the most damage they will chase you so you need to be constantly spamming side steps and step vanishes. their auto Regen allows you to still gain ki while running. It also helps to max out strike super instead of Ki super, you can spam them more easily and are harder to dodge. Also having at least 7 bars of Ki. *Super guard can be replaced with Audacious laugh if you are feeling extra confident in your dodging/step vanish skills, if they get slowed down they basically can't touch you unless they burst dash* Also, Potential Unleashed is recommended. Beast does more damage but you take huge damage back, and health is crucial in crystal raids because rarely will somebody else run a support build with "hmhmhmhm" Basically I like beating up crystal raid bosses
@@chJohnJobs yeah I have that on a fat Majin , downside to it is that if the raider carries assault rain, marble drop or the band saw attack you kinda lose if your teammates don't know how to dodge shit without using evasives (xenoverse players never touched the tutorial💀) But if you have a good team it's unbeatable basically (which is rare, but happens. Unfortunately you can't invite fellow players to crystal raids unless you are the boss :(
I've managed to get 99 of them at one point that I was getting zeni for it, but I had to use them for Super Mix Capsule Zs... People constantly leaving or just getting Super Mix Capsules barely got me any Z capsules at all...

I fought someone who use hercules' target lock super (can't remember what it's called) so they couldnt revive allies and assault rain to attack all of them at once.
Make it so you’re not invincible when using grabs or other moves that have the same invincibility when they hit in this mode. That way using moves like Circle Flash that make you stay in one place mean the others can melt your stamina and then your health
It's easy if everyone doesn't plan ahead XD there are strike supers that take 3 bars of stamina per hit. All u need is 1bar of ki. Let a group of tryhards in and you will see 😂
Yeah it seems so unfair too because they have armor and spam so much. I've won some rarely but other than that every Raider I came across was just cheesing the shit outta the game. Was so damn annoying
@@redfalcon8062 we can’t really complain about the armor since if they don’t have it, they can’t fight back at all unless they spam things like Super Ki Explosion. Now as for the spam, i’d say they should make some moves unusable as the raider or in the case of grab moves, they should still take damage while in the animation. The armor though? If they lose that, there’s nothing fair about playing a 1v5 or 2v4 where anything you do will be interrupted.
I would keep getting a match were everyone just weren’t operating their brains and it would end in under a minute. I even let them revive their buddies.

I think there might be a bit too much hyperarmor for the boss. Never getting interrupted pretty much void the number advantage. There should either be an independant hyperarmor bar that get depleted if the boss is too careless, or the normal stamina breaking actions should inflict a defined amount of stamina damage, instead of being useless. But how tf did Dimps let this thing get released that way ?
I had 2 funny instances, first one, he killed everyone but one guy, and he’d let him revive someone just to kill them, I knew well enough to back up, and perfect block a bunch, but then he became serious and killed us all. Second time, same guy as the boss too, we all just kept using stamina draining attacks, and then let one guy combo him afterward, this cycle worked and he died instantly. Overall, it just needs balancing, really.
I could say the same thing; I used my Energy Zone Ultimate Attack to heal rapidly. Worked for me in several Crystal Raid Battles. Energy Zone is almost as "broken" as it is satisfying. Or do you think I'm purposely cheating and that's why no one plays Crystal Raid Battles no more?
Everytime i play i no diff the lobby, most of the time i let 1 guy live so he can heal his ally. If i do struggle i just focus on the guy and still win
I did a double crystal raid yesterday and they started the match while I was the only real player leaving me with 3 bot teamates. They were both tryharding and using spammy moves... I killed them both in literaly 40 seconds with SSJBE and destructo disk lol
I honestly stopped using this mode when they nerfed your ability to get skills from a guarentee, to RNG. Doesn't help I didn't have the same luck as some other people did, apparently people were filling up their lobbies, I couldn't get anyone.

I've done some Crystal Raids and it's nothing but Fused Zamasu and Spamming Assault Rain. No actual fights are going on and the raid players just cheese all the time. I used my raid build for these but it's rendered useless to spammers. Maybe I should get a different build to counter them and have my Revenge. Problem is that I don't know what moves I should insert. Probably Super Guard or something
I stopped grinding these 2 years ago.If I won I got a skill I didn’t have and if I lost I got clothing it was weird I got 100xBig Bang and a lot of golden clothes but it hasn’t been updated in forever They should add Tapion’s outfit and alot of other old raid items, it would be more fun and feel worth it

Have one player use a Male Majin with Taunt, will probably need some super soul that also buffs your defence by a lot, and a power up that helps your defence as well, my friend can take outright no damage from the boss when they use the super Armor Limit Burst, and barely anything before then, I’m not sure on the specifics of their build so I’ll ask them later. Have someone else with Elder’s Kai’s Super Soul using Formation! (it’s tied with Do or Die as the longest lasting power up, and it gives you a massive increase to your strike and ki blast supers when you get all three poses off) to keep everyone healed, preferably another Majin (either gender is fine) due to them having a passive defence buff if things get dicey, having access to quick sleep and Ill Bomber to keep you safe and healthy when Taunt runs out if the boss makes a beeline for you, and their Hero’s Flute/Emperor’s Sign helps with the guy keeping the boss’s aggro to stay above their needed stamina to take significantly less damage if they need to use their evasive. A lot of boss’s like to have moves that absorb or negate ki blast moves, so mess with that by using a strike super character with Death Meteor, it does decent damage if all the rocks hit, and it has really good tracking, so you’re very likely to land all the rocks, even if the boss is actively trying to dodge it due to how super Armor works in this game (super Armor gives you a bigger hurtbox and step vanishing doesn’t give you as good invincibility). Sure, it’s nowhere near as much damage as spamming Bomber DX or Emperor’s Death Beam, but it can’t be negated unless they specifically run a counter for it, which pretty much no-one does. Decent damage is much better than amazing potential damage that keeps getting negated or absorbed. DO NOT USE BEAST (unless you’re a Majin to negate the defence drop) OR TURN GOLDEN!!! So long as your QQ bang doesn’t decrease your health, every max level created character should be able to take at least a few hits from the boss, but this is no longer the case with those 2 transformations. And if you queue on your own…..pray that the boss will fuck around too much. If you use a tanky Male Majin you should still have a chance at winning at least. I hope this helps.

Oh nah its a surprise why anyone touches this unstable garbage. Pvp is a coin flip with netcode or lag switchers or bad wifi. Laggibg with 3 or 4 5 bars. Majority of the community exploiting broken unvanishable combos or invincibility builds. Crystal raids cant use capsules and if the boss is laggy its game over. No legit way to beat the boss unless you taunt them and run until your team melts them. Double crystal raids even worse ajd then theres a low droprate thats why i play shinbi strikers sense the game atleast isnt robbing me of matches for 90 percent of lobbys found. Then players abusing custom ogs with 5 hp bars and cheap presets. The only characters who dont have cheesy stats is future gohan and anyone with his similiar stats.

Found him again in ranked, he picks a male sayian with petrifying spit and fighting pose F, I whooped him with my male earthling that specifically fights cheese. He ragequits last second…..PVP is full of clowns. High TP guarantees that they will fight using dirty tactics.
I agree on ur take on Xenoverse but definitely not shinobi striker. That game is an actual example of pay 2 win. There’s no reason a character like Ino, Tsunade, or even Sakura should be paid DLC. On PlayStation you can’t ever have matches without someone getting blue screen which causes 3v4s most of the time. There’s no such thing as balance in the game because attack types are given everything in the game. Since there’s no match making there is a high chance that your teammate is a low level while ur facing a full tank high prestige squad.
Honestly in my opinion if xenoverse 2 doesnt fix that big issue with dash spammers (thats what ima call em cuz idk what that dash spam junk is) then the raid is basically worthless id rather invite one friend then have them grind the raid with me and the coms, simple way to grind instead of dealing with those dash spammers that dont have skill at all besides being a huge coward like yamcha

Oh trust. Lots of raid players I faced used that same old move. It's very fucking cheesy. You have options though. Super Guard, Rough Ranger and Elegant Blaster as far as I can tell. I wish Drain Field worked but Assault Rain comes from above and not in from of you.
Crystal Raids have never been fun or balanced lmao... It's always a one sided wash but the wash is dependent on who's in which role... If you have a "PvP player" as raider, you will not win 😂

I typically win my Crystal Raids as a "survivor" because I'm actually keeping myself alive and making it as hard as possible for the Raid Boss to get me. People in this game are just AI generated at this point. Breakers > Crystal raid (anything online Xenoverse really)

Man winning as a Raid is so easy, and it's only slightly harder in a Double Crystal Raid to win. They should update this mode more often

@@Yuujiji You need teamwork. Have one player use a Male Majin with Taunt, will probably need some super soul that also buffs your defence by a lot, and a power up that helps your defence as well, my friend can take outright no damage from the boss when they use the super Armor Limit Burst, and barely anything before then, I’m not sure on the specifics of their build so I’ll ask them later.
Have someone else with Elder’s Kai’s Super Soul using Formation! (it’s tied with Do or Die as the longest lasting power up, and it gives you a massive increase to your strike and ki blast supers when you get all three poses off) to keep everyone healed, preferably another Majin (either gender is fine) due to them having a passive defence buff if things get dicey, having access to quick sleep and Ill Bomber to keep you safe and healthy when Taunt runs out if the boss makes a beeline for you, and their Hero’s Flute/Emperor’s Sign helps with the guy keeping the boss’s aggro to stay above their needed stamina to take significantly less damage if they need to use their evasive.
A lot of boss’s like to have moves that absorb or negate ki blast moves, so mess with that by using a strike super character with Death Meteor, it does decent damage if all the rocks hit, and it has really good tracking, so you’re very likely to land all the rocks, even if the boss is actively trying to dodge it due to how super Armor works in this game (super Armor gives you a bigger hurtbox and step vanishing doesn’t give you as good invincibility). Sure, it’s nowhere near as much damage as spamming Bomber DX or Emperor’s Death Beam, but it can’t be negated unless they specifically run a counter for it, which pretty much no-one does. Decent damage is much better than amazing potential damage that keeps getting negated or absorbed.
DO NOT USE BEAST (unless you’re a Majin to negate the defence drop) OR TURN GOLDEN!!! So long as your QQ bang doesn’t decrease your health, every max level created character should be able to take at least a few hits from the boss, but this is no longer the case with those 2 transformations.
And if you queue on your own…..pray that the boss will fuck around too much. If you use a tanky Male Majin you should still have a chance at winning at least.

Oh nah its a surprise why anyone touches this unstable garbage. Pvp is a coin flip with netcode or lag switchers or bad wifi. Laggibg with 3 or 4 5 bars. Majority of the community exploiting broken unvanishable combos or invincibility builds. Crystal raids cant use capsules and if the boss is laggy its game over.
No legit way to beat the boss unless you taunt them and run until your team melts them.
Double crystal raids even worse ajd then theres a low droprate thats why i play shinbi strikers sense the game atleast isnt robbing me of matches for 90 percent of lobbys found.
Then players abusing custom ogs with 5 hp bars and cheap presets. The only characters who dont have cheesy stats is future gohan and anyone with his similiar stats.

Found him again in ranked, he picks a male sayian with petrifying spit and fighting pose F, I whooped him with my male earthling that specifically fights cheese. He ragequits last second…..PVP is full of clowns. High TP guarantees that they will fight using dirty tactics.
The whole game belongs in the trash, really.

I agree on ur take on Xenoverse but definitely not shinobi striker. That game is an actual example of pay 2 win. There’s no reason a character like Ino, Tsunade, or even Sakura should be paid DLC. On PlayStation you can’t ever have matches without someone getting blue screen which causes 3v4s most of the time. There’s no such thing as balance in the game because attack types are given everything in the game. Since there’s no match making there is a high chance that your teammate is a low level while ur facing a full tank high prestige squad.

Honestly in my opinion if xenoverse 2 doesnt fix that big issue with dash spammers (thats what ima call em cuz idk what that dash spam junk is) then the raid is basically worthless id rather invite one friend then have them grind the raid with me and the coms, simple way to grind instead of dealing with those dash spammers that dont have skill at all besides being a huge coward like yamcha
low drop rates, and on top of that having to fork for raid crystals that are just as bad at droppin. its like you farm Hella long time just to farm again. makes it extremely boring and frustrating.

Personally I never liked the regular crystal raids and I always thought they were boring and a chore to do in the main campaign. Villainous mode does seem fun however.

Why would you waste a crystal on that when you could do double crystal raids and get some skills. Lord knows the drop rates are BUTTCHEEKS so do like 2 or 3 raids and suddenly you got every dlc skill on the first day and can know focus on doing the quests either for clothes or super souls or hope right into pvp

Oh trust. Lots of raid players I faced used that same old move. It's very fucking cheesy. You have options though. Super Guard, Rough Ranger and Elegant Blaster as far as I can tell. I wish Drain Field worked but Assault Rain comes from above and not in from of you.

Crystal Raids have never been fun or balanced lmao... It's always a one sided wash but the wash is dependent on who's in which role... If you have a "PvP player" as raider, you will not win 😂

If everyone didn't play "Do as much damage as possible" and used some defensive moves and stuff and stopped treating it like an expert mission than they could win. I typically win my Crystal Raids as a "survivor" because I'm actually keeping myself alive and making it as hard as possible for the Raid Boss to get me. It would be way more fun if people knew what to do

Can't believe people want a 3rd game of this garbage. I dropped online all together. DBS Card Game Digital all the way. Breakers is more fun than Xenoverse PvP, being unironic btw, breakers is more fun. I've played a PvP match, won the first game, guy picks Hit, won again, guy cheeses with different male saiyan characters (not builds, CaCs that all look the same). People in this game are just AI generated at this point.
Breakers > Crystal raid (anything online Xenoverse really)

honestly, i can see why you're all angry, but if you hate the game so much, or specifically pvp, then just don't play it or watch anything related to it to continue hating on it, let them all be what they want to be, they're not your problem, they all play like this, so be it, it's childish yes, but who cares? it's just a game, there's co-op in PQ's, so go do that, or play another game and stop finding anything xenoverse 2 related to hate on it like a child 😊
