- Hello all. Sorry for the lack of cakes recently.
I have been spending the summer with my family and getting the home ready for a new arrival. More cakes are a coming.
Here is my ventriloquist dummy cake. I found him very creepy. I have made the chair out of wood and used it as a cake frame.
The legs and head are made from cereal and marshmallows.

The cake is my Madeira sponge:
9oz self flour
6oz caster sugar
6oz butter
3 eggs
dash of milk.
