There's quite a few departments in Tennessee where I live that have Durango's. Knoxville TN, Gatlinburg TN, Cocke County TN, Morristown TN. The Explorers and Chargers have AWD. Caprices were used alot as patrol cars when they were introduced. Tennessee Highway Patrol had quite a few Caprices, but now they are going with all Explorers.
Are you able to add wig wag to the headlights and taillights? If you can that would spice the Charger up so so much more. Especially for that rear end effect.
I'm in Florida and the Durango is used in law enforcement all over the place. They are very unassuming as well. People don't think of them as being used by them and that's an advantage.

The money, property, and food mods were removed probably because of how much of a hassle it was. Their devs were working on better versions that wouldn't make the map crap itself in confined spaces. His intense hollywood shootout stream was the last one with those mods.

The Pike county GA Sheriff's office & the Griffin GA Police DEPARTMENT had Dodge Durangos. Griffin uses them for the K-9 units
