I ended up combining the quick charge crossbow enchant with hoplite's legendary Jim The Sorcerer to make an OP weapon that can instantly shoot arrows! also quick charge 10 does not work just to clarify the max speed is quick charge 5, any larger numbers would break the crossbow and just too quick for the game
