I like that jerma has a breakdown over accidentally shooting his grenade launcher and hitting like 2 civilians, and then he'll get into a car later and run over old men without thinking twice

only for people who don't have adhd. people with adhd have a deficiency in dopamine which is what adderall and other amphetamines raise. This overloads neurotypical people with healthy existing levels of dopamine when they take adderall and the like and what makes it dangerous. For people with adhd, it just brings you closer to how neurotypical people function normally.
So for people with adhd, amphetamines have the reverse effect compared to people without it
