This still to hard everytime i M1 he just blocka instantly and m2 counters everytime i block he instantly does a heavy. and its so hard to hit him while hes dashing around bc he will just m2 counter me or knock me back

One problem Reaper's perk stone cost very much
You can get conquer from common stones it will be a 10% dmg to pve enemies

It provides a small boost to your evasive. Sometimes orochi's combos stuns you even if you use an evasive so that might be why.

Well they can learn hakuda but not the hakuda specific to vastocars, only vastocars can learn that

They can fight yoruichi but as soon as vrage is activated the boss fight just ends and you don’t get anything so u have to beat it without using vrage

You need 120% pve dmg build in order to actually "deal" just a small amount of damage
