The V3 will contain half milk and half water! So By comparing V1 and V2 the total lit of milk is 6 and the total lit of water is 6.
V1+V2= (4+2):(3:3)= 6 (MILK):6 (WATER)
Now let see only milk,
4/7 2/5
1/2
(2/5)-(1/2) (1/2)-(4/7)
by solving the above the result will be 1/5:1/7
So the answer is 7:5
