LOL love the name, Ferdinand! I know Liife w/Malamutes have theirs on a timer and the vacuum runs during the night when everyone is asleep. So if Cooper and Bella are upstairs it only has to get around Koda. Initial mapping could be done then. I don't think Koda would bark at it. Let us know how it goes! :)

I absolutely love my Roborock - I called mine Dobby. I lay on my sofa, and I can hear it coming in from the kitchen, and as it does I always do the Jaws theme. Saves so much time - I mainly use it for the kitchen because of all the crumbs etc that falls there, then mop once a week, too.

How much does it cost?
@@TheKatarinaGiselle Depends really on your model, I got it with a mop but without the self-emptying (from what I was reading, you had to have special bags for it to deposit into, which to me was just a constant added cost of replacing them so I didn't want that. It's no bother to me to empty it every 2-3 weeks. It's quicker than emptying my hoover, easy to access to do so etc).
I think it was about £330.
There's cheaper models and more expensive models. Just need to work out what you actually want out of one, what you're willing to pay, then find yourself the right model...
I'm sure there's a channel I watched called something like Robo Vaccuum Wars or something that would compare different models that helped me choose!

The one feature they should have included was a treat dispenser and an extra container on the base station so the unit could replenish it's treat supply. The only problem with this would be if the dog saw it as one of those toys that they can get treats out of and flipped it over. As long as they had never been introduced to one of those toys, like the Kong balls etc, it would be an ideal way to dispense love from anywhere in the world in concert with their loved one's voice(s).

Also: I have been watching this amazing channel from Japan, called Kotsumet, this couple has 2 Japanese giant river otters and they have a roomba thing like that and a little AI robot that goes around and checks everything out. It's pretty neat, you guys might enjoy their videos. The otters are funny and silly. A lot like the boys and Bella. Anywho, love SCS! Give the boys and Bella lots of love for my son and I!

Hello Trevor & Chelsea, we always enjoy watching your videos, we love Cooper & Koda so much. 😊
This robot Vac is awesome. I have one too and its the only way I can regularly keep my floors clean haha. Once you have the house mapped out you can edit the map into rooms and tell it to only clean certain rooms if you want which is super helpful for me when I'm working in my office with the door open. I've only had one issue so far with it getting confused with mirrors thinking the room is bigger than it is as well as confusing furniture legs as dog poop lol. If you see something it tags as an obstacle but it isn't, you can tell it to ignore that in the future. Each time it vacuums it will still sense new and previous obstacles so if there is a toy on the floor the 1st time it runs it will still go over that area the next time it runs if it doesn't detect it this time.
In case anyone was wondering which one it is, its the Roborock S7 Ultra Max I think. I got mine on sale too for $1399 and got the Roborock Dyad handheld vacuum for free.
Omg Coop, Bella, & Koda were sooo cute when you guys were calling them through the vacuum!! 😂 You should move the pets while itaps otherwise it won't map it properly! You can probably remap it though from start if it ended up causing you issues!
