As a brazilian, I'd say, in my personal opinion, the first one COULD be funny if he was just joking about us living in the jungle etc., but it legit sounds like he was just trying to mock the country and its people. Not funny.

People mostly become like that after being rejected from society in some way.

What most people don't know publicly is that LTG is very much a closet homo sexual. I know of at least 4 different men who have come out with details of their secret relationship with Dale. There isn't anything inherently wrong with being gay, but LTG makes extremely homophobic jokes and innuendos in a very negative light. This makes perfect sense in that it's quite obviously an internal coping mechanism to deal with his sexual frustrations towards men. Using these slurs gives him a sense of power over that which he feels he has no power over. If you listen to the things he says and even does, the fact that he is gay, or at least bisexual, will make obvioua sense to even the least observant listener.
