Great video I wouldn't recommend anyone by a superbox I bought 2 superbox ultra elites and 15 extra apps that come with it they haven't fix in almost 2 months , we're is other brands like Vee see and tanggula have fix there's , go with another brand that keeps there promises.
Thank you. But I would just say away from all Elite boxes, because all of the elite apps are down and they don't know when they will be back up. All other models are fine.
The blue super box is ok, but it glitches you back to the main menu for no reason, the super box people know this is an issue, but they haven’t fixed it.

I bought an S6 Max, wifi works, apps and streaming apps work, but the box will not connect via ethernet. I would prefer a hardwired connection over wifi, but its not recognizing the ethernet connection. Is there a fix to this?
My super box didn’t come with the Android App Store. Just the Google play. Can someone help me with how to install the Android App Store in order to add blue tv, VOD and Playback? Thanks
How do you fix the devices forbidden problem. Just popped up last night and nothing is working. Tried factory reset didn’t work, unplugged for 10/20 sec plugged back in still not working. The only thing the remote lets me do is volume controls, the power button, and the home button.

What model are you using? I have never ran into that problem. Is it just on the TV, what about VOD?

You might have a faulty box or a faulty ethernet jack/wire.
Do all the super boxes have the same amount of channels?
Yes, they are all running off the Blue tv app. Just the version of the app are different.

You have to contact superbox and give them your S/N of your box.

With the Octastream, all of the Elite apps are all missing. So right now they are the same. But the Superbox is cheaper.

Check to see if there's any app updates in the App store.
@ I have a s6max. It’s frozen on the Home Screen displaying devices forbidden. Won’t let me click anything.
You need to contact them and give them the Mac address of the box.
