And also while it was hard to provide a somking gun that he caused multiple instigation based on circumstantial evidences that was shown here, the only thing he was guilty of was the 1st degree murder of the fake leader of the country Zheng-Fa.

I do kind of wish we could've seen at least most of Patricia's trial here. Surely they didn't spend over an hour discussing a murder weapon that didn't exist anymore, and would've called any witnesses like Frank Sawhit (who was an accomplice) to at least build a case around. Especially with the rule being that the defendant's presumed guilty only until the attorney proves otherwise beyond any doubt... Also probably illegal the judge and defense personally know Patricia's guilty and want her to be found guilty. You'd think a devoted judge like Courtney would be expected to acknowledge the missing evidence and rule accordingly, with or without any threatening. Her emotional detachment wouldn't be inherently wrong here.
