Thanks for your video. I love that peace and relaxation that is lacking in the world today. I dont like making comments but i felt it necessary to do so because i believe each one should teach or reach one. You are use to the scotch bonnet peppers in JA which is very hot and it looks exactly like the seasoning peppers in Grenada or St Lucia without the heat but gives the food such a beautiful flavour. You kept saying plantain but what you cooked was bluggo or borro bananas. This is a great choice and i saw Dr Sebi somewhere saying it does not produce mucus and if you research you would see all the great nutritional benefits That food was a great breakfast or brunch choice and i loved the fact that you put okra in the fish . Well done.

Rjats bluggo not plantain. Plantain is orange inside and long. Do not confuse the provisions. Ypi have banana, plantain, bluggo, muko plantain round and yellow, red banana, raque banana or pack paxk and lots more.

At the Glenelg watershop get the 25gallons for $30.00 ec. The 1st time you buy the bottle cost is a deposit. After that you can buy at most supermarkets.

You resemble Haitian Creole. Eyes, face and foreheads. But they are the same people as Jamaicans. If you did not speak and I saw you I would say Haitians, Dominican or st. Lucian.
I drink tap water. Who said our water comes.from.the sea? If it was so how comes the reservoir dry sometimes. This is the first I have heard.
