    1:02:39 2.5 Kg, 2.5 Kg hi rahe ga, 5 Kg, 5 Kg hi rahe ga. Wah Subhan ALLAH kya khoobsurat baat kahi hai aap ne sir.
    Matlab problems wahi rahen ge kuch chote hon ge kuch bare hon ge .. per waqt ke saath un problems se zor azmai kar ke apko un problems se deal karna aa jaye ga. Wah Subhan ALLAH.

    Keto dite me dehydration keto flu ka koi hal batayen.
    Aur aap ne batayen ki glutamine, creatine monohydrate aur whey protein, ye teeno chizen nonveg me available hai like carnivore dite according to 2000 calories 30% protein and 70% animal fat, So 500 gram chicken Or mutton protein is approx 130 gram and calory approx 1200,
    Rest calories from ghee Or healthy fat in one day. Is it ko
    So two things are those supliment necessary? And please tell dehydration solution keto flu.
