    Thank You🙏❤...would be interested in a longer workshop from you to reset chronic patterns/ " habits" of anxiety and ungroundednes. SO Much of mine triggered by traumatic times ( and sudden loss of partner, and then Father)the last 2 years.

    My anxiety has now developed into a facial pain /TMD disorder that causes daily pain.
    Never used meds and now feel like a pharmacy .
    If there are any techniques that could help someone in this kind of health crisis, I would be so grateful.

    Prune my love, will you pleeeeeease tell me which meridian loops around the face in the stress response? I use audio frequencies that really help me get specific meridians flowing. I have difficulty tracing them since I'm in a wheelchair. xxox So much love to you! I hope you had a beautiful solstice!

    Downing my thyroid meds is making me very I'll the doctors say my bloods are perfect and I'm very unwell
