    Thanks. Great tips I will take into my practice. I needed some motivation to practice. Also the earplugs is a great suggestion. I had forgotten about having earplugs. I will bring them to an outdoor rehearsal this evening. One's sound can feel so much different when you are in a large group and can cause tension, especially when one is hearing challenged.

    I have always wondered if the Soulo could be useful for what you explained. I now have the answer. Thank you !

      I couldn't keep the Soulo in place; it kept slipping off the rim. I'll give it another try and see what happens. Maybe if stay absolutely still and don't move the horn at all the Soulo will stay there.
