It's always sad to look at these old trolly and interurban films, see what they did and the various routes they took and wonder why no one did anything much to keep them in operation at some level. The return of local rail and demands for other than cars transport shows the error in their ways.

It's quite unlikely. It shut down 22 years before the H&F did.
My parents were fond of the Hershey Transit System - but many times would walk rather than pay $ .05.
