That's so true we both have raahu and ketu placed in the same houses, my 7th house lord is in a moon's nakshatra while he is a cancer ascendant, his 7th house lord is in jupiter's nakshatras and I'm a sagittarius rising, my 7th house lord is in his 7th house , both our 7th house has retrograde planet jupiter and saturn on it, His mars and ketu is in my 7th house. Yes, we have 10 year age gap and it looks like we both are starcrossed lovers, but the sad part is we just broke up, we blocked each other everywhere due to misunderstanding, ego and there seems no possibility for us irl with our current situation but I'll still trsut the universe will always bring him to me just like the day we met at the midnight in an airport. In my case none of the above applies but my darakaraka is their atmakaraka and my atmakaraka is their darakaraka ...his Asc is my descendent and vice versa, both our lagnesh are in virgo sign We both are going to run same house Lord dasha next year (vague point but let me add) in both charts all planets are either opposite to each other or over each other. In my 7th house I've Saturn Jupiter conjunction he has same conjunction in Asc in D9 chart.....etc

What about having an adopted mother ?
As a leo Lagna, my Ketu is in 7th, in the sign of Aquarius ! so both factors for karmic qualify. As an aside, in navamsa as a libra rising, my ketu is conjunct venus.
