I like his alt mode even better than the original. The asymmetric look makes it really look armored, very Japan Gundam-ish. We were used to the Junkions being asymmetric, this shouldn't be any different.
The leg splitting to form the nose was inspired compared to the original and Titan Wars forming this giant, blocky tail. He really shows great engineering compared to the main lines.

Comparing to "original" G1 toys from 80's , this looks hyper fantastic. Articulation, look and all that... G1 goes to dump.

It's a shame that the modes both look kinda weird, the tail of the choppa :} and the robot mode legs. The transformation is actually pretty cool.

The transformation is kind of fun but damn if that isn't the ugliest copter mode I've seen on a Highbrow figure.

I found his cockpit build intensely frustrating. That said, once you get it all gingerly locked in place, it's gorgeous. He's not an earth chopper. He's futuristic/Cybertronian. If I saw this coming at me IRL I'd start filling out my will. He also looks more agile compared to that badonkadonk tail the original and Titan versions had.

Got this on sale and I am enjoying it so far. Definitely want to get a figure stand for 'copter mode display and the ankle joints on my copy are a tad loose. He can hero landing pose pretty good though, and that pleases me.
