There is this thing with "North Atlantic" ... even the oversee areas of e.g. USA, UK, and France in the southern hemisphere and pacific are not included in the NATO protection.
Bosnia and Kosovo are likely, but for the pacific states I fear a different organization would be needed.
Israel does not belong to NATO as long as they treat international law like Russia, China, North-Korea, Iran, etc. do.
