1THE9 takes its first step in the music industry with its first mini album “XIX”.
1THE9, consisting of amazing nine boys, is dreaming of taking off under the “Spotlight”!
The name of 1THE9’s first mini album “XIX” refers to Arabic numeral 19, meaning that the nine boys under 19, who participated in TV show UNDER NINETEEN and were introduced before their debut, became one as an idol group.

You would think that because this group was made by a survival show that they'd get more fans. But nooooo it's only Produce 101 groups which is kinda unfair cuz 1the9 is super underrated!!
Under Nineteen was popular, but 1the9 is not getting that much recognition as other kpop idols from shows. This also happened to other MBK (POKET DOL STUDIO SECTION) artists like UNB AND UNI.T ( THE UNIT)

@@aliiirxsa4235 Pretty much all project groups are that way. Wanna One from Produce was one year. However, this season of produce they are getting a 5 year contract. 2.5 years together and then 2.5 years separate but still together. So those who are part of other groups or actors can do that and still be in the group. It'll be like half and half after 2.5 years.

The rookie of the year is very difficulted!! from 1The9, TXT, Teasure13, C9boys, Oneus, VeriVery, HNB, AB6IX, 1Team, and others for debuting, and also others♡ like stray kids, ateez, the boyz, it hurts that although they debuted in 2018 they no longer fall into this category this year(in the awards), for what I understand.
All are wonderful groups, and the best thing is not to win the prize, but to be with them even if it's behind a screen♡ I will be supporting all the rookies!! ♡
But more to them since they are a temporary group with a shorter contract let's support them as much as we can in this year! ♡

I watched undernineteen but I didn't get to watch who actually won so this was the first time I actually saw the debuting team and I didn't even know that they already debuted, I hope they get more recognition soon.
