Everything ok. But every year ratification nahi karne se casual vacancy nahi hota. The previous auditor will continue to be the auditor in that case.
Students may confuse...
Ratification point is not in ICAI module from where you are telling this

Sir i have a doubt.. For eg date of AGM is 26/09/2021 and auditor appointed on same date so whether auditor hold office from 26/09/21 to 26/09/26 or from 26/09/21 to till conclusion of AGM.
