Assembly process of the lower-half of the Multi-Functional Fuselage Demonstrator (MFFD) carried out at SAM XL. This full size fuselage section, measuring 8m by 4m, marks a significant step toward sustainable aviation 🌱🛫. It demonstrates how advanced thermoplastic composites and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques can achieve reduced weight, lower recurring costs, and higher production rates for future aircraft.
