Your videos are great. I currently use GHL & Salesforce. In my opinion what I have is way too complex. Im looking for a very simple crm but one that can do pretty much everything needed in the SALES PROCESS. I'm going to go ahead and get started with pipedrive. Ill be playing around with it during the free trial to decide if I like it or not. I'm also VERY interested in having it built out for me as my CTO is busy with salesforce with my other company. I will be using your link!
I agree, Paul. As simple as these features look but Pipedrive has made them powerful through a lot of flexibility. I, however, find Smart Docs limiting. In cases when clients have wanted to automate their contract/invoice sending process (not manually generating it for each customer), I had to rely on external tools like Jotform to offer end to end automation. Great video as always & love the different template of this video. Thanks
We have a real estate agency and work with a CRM, but it lacks many features. We input clients and all updates into Excel. Internally, for daily tasks, we work with Asana. Do you think it would be a good idea to add Pipedrive instead of Excel? Thank you
I tried using the products feature but discovered that no files can be associated with a product. I want to be able to access technical data relating to a product such as data sheets, brochures, price lists, white papers, drawings etc etc and then be able to use these during the negotiations phase of negotiating a deal. Somrtimes I need to send them via email to the client or simply refer to them during a phone call. Without this I am struggling to understand what the feature is for?
If you click into the product, there is a 'Files' tab where you can upload related documents. The products feature is primarily used to create the value on the deal which could be made up of multiple products. Later you can then report on what products you sell more of.
Four days ago, I started teaching myself Pipedrive. Your videos have been invaluable to me. Thank you!
Thanks, glad I could help. Feel free to contact us if you'd like a quote for your subscription.
Always useful Paul, I appreciate all your work and efforts :)
Thanks, glad to be of service!
