3-way Valves and Dual Evaporator Refrigerators - Excerpt

I have 2018 Samsung family hub refrigerator. My compressor was changed and vacuumed out all refrigerant I think. But with this 3 evaporator system and valve system. Does the valve open to all zones when the refrigerator is unplugged to vac out all zones?
