Big Agnes Copper Spur Insulated Mattress has a hole 😢 Will Big Agnes help us?

In 2021, we purchased a Big Agnes Copper Spur Insulated Mattress from Moto Camp Nerd. The mattress was outstanding. I have a bad back and neck and wanted to get out and camp off our motorcycle but every mattress I tried gave me a terrible night's sleep. At the recommendation of Ben ‪@DorkintheRoad‬ , bought the 30" X 78" mattress.
3 years later, the mattress got a hole in it and would not hold air. We attempted to fix the leak with no luck. Ben @Motocampnerd helped us by guiding us in the right direction to contact Big Agnes. We sent them an email and without hesitation, they stood behind their product and mailed us a brand new Boundary Deluxe 30" X 78" mattress.
We were shocked and pleased. Thank you Big Agnes!
